Im a resident here so trust me dont come here the staff are disrespectful, treats me and other residents as children. If you want your child or yourself as a adult here i would not recommend this facility.

I used to live and work there from 1987 till 1994 I went to Palatine High School. I was a staff member over there. IT was a good job for me. I sure do miss all of them especially my 5 of my friends. MISS YOU GUYS HOPE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING WELL ?

I went to Little City to visit my godson The staff at Little City is so nice also the facility is so clean I love the fact that it's like a little city actually it gives me peace to know there is a place for our disabled children to live and happiness keep up the beautiful work

This is an awful place to work. No support from management and the residents are not all treated the same. If a client has a family that donates more money, they get prioritized over other residents. The Adult Residential Program is a complete disaster and they keep restructuring the program. The management is backstabbing. Do not leave your loved ones in this place. FYI- if you remove this review again, it will be reposted. :)

Horrible place to work at. Some clients are treated better than others because their guardians give more money to Little City. The training department is ineffective and full of themselves. Staff is overworked and does not get support from upper management. Stay away.

I have taken my son to little city dental for years and have never been treated so disrespectful. First of all when I walked in I was not greeted or checked in because the receptionist was too busy talking to a friend...we arrived 5 mins before our appointment time and waited 30 mins to be seen because the dentist showed up late to work and had another client before us.
