I used Kitchen and Bath Mart for our master bathroom remodel. We purchased the cabinets, and all the tiles from them. They were very efficient and accurate with the predictions on the lead times for the materials. When I realized that we were short a little on one order of the mosaic accent tiles for the shower walls they were able to do an expedited order and it was delivered directly to my home on time. All the materials were delivered as expected. The cabinets they recommended were a wonderful quality. I will use them again for other projects.

Kitchen & Bath Mart did a great job. We started at the Palatine location. From the moment we started picking out materials with Krysti, it was a positive experience. They did what they said they would and they beat their estimated timeline. Just shy of 3 weeks for a year down to the studs and remodel. When surprises popped up in our old house, they explained the problem and gave us the options and costs estimates to fix them. We went with K&B Mart after a friend used them and we saw the finished product. We love our bathroom and will use them again in the future.

Our renovation was a total gut. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a new floor throughout. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was resolved in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results. Thank you for a job well done!Services: Tile work installation

Kitchen and Bath Mart recently executed a complete remodel of the second bathroom in our condominium. They provided the design, supplied the materials, and did the installation. Krysti Roy was the design consultant and project manager. She was innovative and responsive in producing a design we liked within an acceptable budget. The installers were meticulous in their attention to detail and worked to make sure we were happy with each aspect of the project as it progressed. We are now enjoying the new bathroom we wanted.This is the most recent of several kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects Kitchen and Bath Mart have performed for us. We have been completely satisfied with each one. It has been a pleasure working regularly with people who are good at what they do. We need a customized cabinet for our bathroom to fit well. Since we have a vanity top already, we asked if we can only have a cabinet and plumbing job---- It took long time to get a quote for a cabinet, which is ok, we are not rush to do the job. However, we needed to visit twice to get a kind of "finalized" quote, and in the end, they told us that they do not take the job. If they do not take a small job, they should tell us for the first time so we do not have to spend so much time on discussing the items. Then they even told us to get a cabinet from big stores-- We could not find the one fitting the space that is why we came to the decision to have a customized one. Wasted so much time and it is so rude to tell us like this- I would not recommend to go there for a small job for sure. I will never return.

Remodel of our bathroom turned out beautiful. Joe, owner and project person, was very patient, extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable and always made himself available to us when needed. Eli, ourInstaller, was very hard-working, full of experience and totally involved in our project with the the intent to please us, the customer. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kitchen & Bath Mart. Our designer, Krysti was phenomenal - very helpful to us in picking everything out, giving design suggestions within our budget, working with us to bring both our Master Bath and Laundry Room projects up to date and so functional and Beautiful. Our contractor, Bogdan, was the Best!!! He is such a perfectionist, dependable, neat, and did a marvelous transformation on both our jobs. Highly recommend, Kitchen & Bath Mart.
