I was very disappointed, they removed me for accidents that were not caused by me, they combined my policy with someone else's and in the end they left me without insurance and after a year and a half I am still waiting for my deductible

Been insured by this company for the last 8 years. On oct/01/2022 I had a dishwasher water hose broken which make a damage to the condo drywall and hallway carpet trying to have this fixed thru thembut they said. after an exausted investigation my claim was denied .when they never came to my unit to see the damage.
