Last week was my first time training here, I walked in with an uneasy feeling about going to a new gym. While I was waiting, I walked around the premise to get myself comfortable. The equipment was clean and spread out. there wasn't as much traffic meaning people at the hour I went. I couldn't contain my laughter about how many turtles where in that building lol.As I walked around I finally met Kyle in the back room where he was doing massage therapy on a client. He was very welcoming and showed me around the place. From there I went to the back room to change to get ready for my work out! I signed a liability form to ensure that they are not responsible for any injuries and so on. As I was putting my phone away, I was told to download an app to help keep record of my heart rate while I exercise. NEAT. Also He was so ever kind to let me borrow the apple charger due to my cell phone running low on battery.He made me do a series of upper body work out movements knowing about my past shoulder injury he made sure to go easy. Moving on, I performed the exercises given as he watched my form and recorded the kg used on the white board.The work out was great, he had me do:Facepullsseated cable rowsSome sort of resistant pulley machinea series of 4 different ab work on the vibrational machinechest press machineand to finish off; a core machine and a squat for 2 min on the power pad.ab

Kyle Hart is excellent Fitness Coach, as well as his assistant Holly!! Kyle prepares personalized workouts for each client. He addresses any concerns or issues that you may have. Kyle shows and explains what each exercise is for and how to do them correctly. Also monitors your heart rate during each workout. Each visit Kyle has a new planned workouts for his clients, written on the whiteboard. Hart 4 Heart is a fun friendly atmosphere with music and laughter, as you sweat those inches off!

Great place with few options to chose on how you want to improve your level of fitness and vigor. Weights (free/equipment), group classes and even martial arts in a friendly atmosphere. A place where you can feel among family and friends and get everyone's support to meet your goals.

Had my first session today with Kyle. All I can say is outstanding. Studio is spotless. All the machines are in great shape. Tracks your heart rate on a big screen with calories burned. Always monitoring and encouraging you. Looking forward to my next session. My wife also attends and loves it.

A great place to workout. It’s never too busy or crowded. Plenty of room for personal distancing. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and have plenty of wipes for cleaning equipment before and after you use it.

Kyle has a great vibrant personality that really gets all of his clients in the workout mode! Kyle’s positivity and happiness is infectious, and I really enjoy his training style. He has unique equipment inside his gym, and his big screen with everyone’s heart rate showing keeps everyone accountable. He is a master of the heart rate monitor, and anyone looking for a good, fun, and courteous trainer I would recommend Kyle.

Happy 2021 . So the long anticipated wait has finally arrived . As some of you know I live my food . What I've also thought of I need to trim down my waist and where's a better place to go then a nice brand new clean gym. So this trainer Kyle is professionalism at its finest, positive, energetic and will get you in great shape. he knows his stuff and has been in the industry for many years . Makes working out lots of fun and you walk out of there feeling Great!!

I’ve been going here for almost 3-4 months now. Kyle is very professional, very honest if you want make changes in your life. I’ve always felt comfortable here vs a typical gym environment. The place is very clean, there are wipes everywhere. Kyle is flexible on the times his clients want to come in. Before I came here I lacked a lot of confidence and Kyle definitely helped me build that back, as well help me achieve some of my goals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking for a clean, safe, and customized workout route to meet your fitness goals, here is the place. The owner/main trainer Kyle is a sweetheart who truly cares about all of his clients individual fitness goals. I reached out to Kyle to accommodate some needs for my fitness goals and he was so helpful. I have fibromyalgia and was concerned of a potential workout causing a flare up, but Kyle made sure to accommodate my medical issues. Great workout, no flare up! Kyle also allows you to see your heart rate as you work out. And the best part of all it is super affordable! Always a cute dog nearby too. Please, if you are considering Kyle to help you reach your fitness goals, I highly recommend it

Hart 4 Heart is an amazing place to achieve your fitness goals! My experience at Hart 4 Heart has been the best from any other personal training facility. This private studio has great equipment, trainers and environment! I always feel safe with the exercises in my individualized workout plan. I highly recommend that you stop by and check it out. Kyle is knowledgeable in his profession and creates workouts tailored to specific needs, wants, and goals. Seeing results fast by following his lead, made the experience all the more enjoyable. He is personable and positive, making the atmosphere a fun place to be! He is great at keeping clients engaged through their whole workout. Highly recommend for a very personalized training session.
