Deceptive! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a used car from them. They will sell used vehicles with frame damage (excessive rust underneath) without regard for the safety of human beings including small children (our children’s car seats were in plain sight). Even when questioned, about it, the service manager at the Crystal Lake location begrudgingly put the car up on the lift and convinced my husband that the rust was superficial. It was not…..two months later the “new brakes” went out on my husbands way home from work and we learned from two separate unaffiliated mechanics who did not in the end make a penny off of us, that the entire brake system was impacted by the rust and the car was literally rotting from underneath. They termed it frame damage. We made 4 total payments on the car. Thousands upon thousands of dollars and we are underwater on this useless unsafe vehicle. The car is now at the junkyard where it should have been rather on their used car lot. These predators do not have a conscience. They are soulless and money hungry. Do NOT do it.

Called before I made an appointment to verify I was covered under warranty for them to tell me it could be a battery issue and not covered under warranty. So they charged me 200 to tell me my battery was bad than tried to oversell me a battery and installation for 600 dollars I was easily able to buy a battery and install it myself for 1/3 the cost.

Went in for a battery for my remote start no charge I was surprised. I think eventually this will be a good dealership depending on trade and availability of cars.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is horrible for service. Had to have my 2021 Express van towed there because it would not drive forward. They had it for over a month, yes I said over a month. They finally get their transmission guy to look at it and poof he fixes it with a valve body. Wow guess what it still drives bad. Transmission skipping between 1-2nd gear. Take it to Tasca and they service guy tells me it's 3 quarts low on transmission fluid. What a joke. It still needed a thermal bypass valve but Leader said it was fixed. I would never go back here again. Horrible service department with non competent technicians.
