“Great, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.
I would highly recommend this facility, they take pride in what they do.”

“This is a great location.. I just do not understand WHY you would change the coffee. The new machines are terrible and don’t work. The coffee tastes awful. Not kidding this was some of the best. I don’t think I’ll be able to stop here for that anymore going forward.”

“Normally I get gas at Walmart, Costco, or Sam's Club because when you have three cars, the extra 20-30 cents a gallon really adds up! This Mobil station however, is always the same low price or even a couple of cents lower than the big box gas stations! If I'm in Palatine and need gas, I'll always stop here. The gas pumps are spaced out quite a bit so my long work truck can fit without having to block other people or other gas pumps.
The grounds are always clean, I think every single time I've visited here there has been an employee walking around emptying the trash cans outside or wiping down the gas pumps.
And there is a full convenience store inside too. So come here, get some cheap gas, and walk inside to get some snacks for the drive home!”

“BIG TRUCK FRIENDLY
Despite what people say…. I use this car wash on average 4 times a week with a subscription plan. It’s been out 5 times in a whole year. Never damaged anything. It’s not perfect , but I have more use than most and it’s great.
Inside …. People are cool , place is clean, it’s a gas station for gods sake. 8 person crew vs 1000 customers a day, give them a break !”

“Ever since anphony left and Mohammed came in the place has made 100% turnaround. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. They’re always willing to do what they can to assist you to find and buy whatever it is you need in their store. I’ve lived in area for 30 years and I’ve never been so happy as I am lately with this 711 which is I believe is the Primo 711 in Palatine”

“Great service station and quick food stop. I think it's owned by 7-11. The employees are all extremely friendly to me, the store is clean. Only beef is some of the prices are higher then a regular grocery store, but I guess that's what you have to do while shopping at a convenience store.”

“This Mobil station is in need of an overhaul. While the location is VERY convenient, and the prices are reasonable, everything here seems to be worn out. The pumps aren't super old, but have a lot of wear-and-tear, resulting in difficulty pumping (trigger won't stay on, Venturi sensor cuts out early, or the interface will run slow). At least they are designed so it's hard to install a skimmer, in addition to the pumps being in plain sight all the time. Near as I can tell, the fuel here is good Exxon/Mobil, and I've never seen this place run out of gas. The little market has a decent selection, despite the small size, but the prices aren't great (it's cheaper to go to the CVS across the street for most stuff). The only time I've used the bathroom, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the morning.
I would give this location 3 stars, but it earns a 4th star for having a pretty good (at least as of winter 2023) automatic bay car wash, which I think is an older private-labeled PDQ Tandem Surfline. The unit seems to be well-serviced, and is VERY liberal with the soap and dryer time.”

“Usually the least expensive gas in the area, IN/OUT is a bit limited due to traffic pattern. The station is always busy and you have to wait at times but I think that's because they are usually 10-20 cents lower than other stations in the area. I've not been inside yet so no opinion as to what else they offer.”

“I've never written a review for a gas station, but this one deserves it. Yesterday, I went there for a car wash. The young guy, with semi-long hair who worked there, did a pretty decent job to wash my windows before I even pulled inside. I gave his a $5 as a tip (or so I thought). When I was leaving the lane and pulled outside, that boy stood there and gave me my $20 back, saying "It's too much". What a great and honest young man. His parents have done such a good job raising a hardworking, honest boy. Kudos!”

“After moving away from this area my partner and I have such a hard time finding honest reliable and affordable work for our vehicles. I miss coming here that i’m leaving this review!!!! All these other shops now a days want to charge a lot for labor and do shady work. NOT this location!!!
