Mario is an exceptional realtor and person. When I first contacted him, he was on vacation across the world and responded within 2 hours. He was there for me and my family every step of the way. He went above and beyond to prepare my house (and me!) for the selling process. From the staging, to the beautiful listing photos---amazing! Only good things to say about Mario. To start with, he not only helped move the last items out of our condo in order to get in on the market in Oct..., but he also provided some staging items for the great pictures he posted online. Needless to say, the pictures were awesome. Happy to say that we received 3 offers in 5 days! Mario has his client's best interest in mind, very professional, caring and willing to help out us mature folks. ;-)

I couldn't be happier. Within a couple days I had 9 offers over list price. Mario expertly juggled it all. Everything leading up to that point was amazing. It started with spending several hours helping me to stage my home, then getting expert photos and finally explaining every part of the contract to list the home. He even provided some of the lamps and nicknacks needed to stage it all just right. He was fun to work with too. He made the whole process easy and I highly recommend working with him. His staff was also very attentive and efficient.

We knew that Mario was a winner the first time we met him. It proved to be an understatement! Now that the sale has closed and all the details are complete, we finally have a chance to catch our breath and review what all happened during the renovation, the showing, the negotiation, the sale, and the astounding details to be arranged to complete the transfer. The big surprise to us was the number of unexpected details and illogical requirements that kept hitting us from outside sources -- building management, the HOA, furniture disposal, and many, many others. But Mario tackled them all with calm logic and saw each and every one of them through to a sound conclusion. In short, we couldn't have done it without his experience and judgment to lead the way. We owe the success of the sale to Mario and the Four Daughters organization, who took a crazy circus and made it into a show!
