First time there, I dropped off 2 comforters. The people behind the counter on Sunday was excellent. Very polite took care of me. And call me sooners they were done I thank you very much, I will definitely be back.

Fast Laundry is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and willing to help customers that have never been there before. I would definitely suggest.Update: 2 years later & this review is still all true. Especially with the friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was so helpful and kind! Arron jumped right in to helped me out! He took time to show me how to use one of the larger washing machines. He made it a great experience. Additionally, the place is very well organized and clean!

Oh my goodness, what a clean and impressive laundromat. It was the best one I have ever visited. They have washers that take various size loads so if you have a lot of laundry, they can handle it! It also did not take all day to wash and dry the laundry. It was very efficient! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great laundry mat in the palatine area ! the only issue was some parents letting their children run around and screaming one kid legit jumping over my legs while I was sitting down while their oblivious parents are on their phones ignoring their kids. ? It’s not a laundry attendant job to tell parents about their kids it’s a parents job to discipline their unruly children and to have consideration for other customers ! Having to dodge kids running around playing tag w/ a cart full of clothes was frustrating and is not the laundry mat fault but it’s make the experience very frustrating still 5 stars for the Godzilla machine and the beast machines and 45 cent dryers I guess I’ll just having to deal w/ the kids for the savings ? way cheaper than Schaumburg ?

Came in on a weekend afternoon. The place was positively filthy. I understand alot of people come in and out and most people are slobs. But that doesn't mean the attendant can't walk around sweeping up the pile of cheetos on the floor. I had to walk over to the sink to get some paper towels which I wet and used a little bit of hand soap so I could clean the front of the filthy rubber gasket before I placed my clothes in the machine. Every time we have been to fast laundry, the place is dirty. How about investing in a power washer to clean the sidewalk in front of the place and don't get me started about the garbage blowing around the parking lot. Do better!.on the floor or take v a mop to the spilled pop.

I go here every week and the staff is always helpful and working hard to keep the place clean and running smooth. Prices are fair but worth how clean the machines get your clothes. They also have huge washing machines!
