I called for a quote and the woman that answer the phone phone was either hard if hearing of couldn’t understand regular names and addresses. She started asking too many personal questions and all I wanted to know is if I could get a quote for my car. She got frustrated and decided to hang up on me. Very rude.

Had this agency for over 33 years. Will be moving onto someone who cares about his clients. Heard from him once since 1985. I have to always call and find out why my rates are continuly rising, and then I have to talk to people and try to bargain. He's always to busy.And now I find it funny, that I'm getting computer generated emails that say I should call and we can discuss my coverage. This is my opinion, and may not be the same for everyone.
