I have used Elderwerks a couple times and both times they have been extremely helpful. The first time they helped me find the perfect place for my mom after Covid and she wanted more interaction with people. Then as my mom's needs changed suddenly, I reached out to Elderwerks again. I worked with Gail who was kind and patient while I explained the situtation. She responded to every email right away with referrals and information, ultimately helping me find the right place once again. When things are overwhelming and you don't know what to do for your aging parent, Elderwerks is a wonderful resource.

We cannot praise Elderwerks and Barbara Rosenberg highly enough. We were in a crisis with finding appropriate care for our mom - and had no help from the hospital, her doctor, the social workers or her prior living facility. Finding Barbara was such a blessing. She was there for us in the evenings, the weekend and continually until she helped us find a wonderful new home - totally going above and beyond. She has followed up with advice and suggestions to further help mom get all her needs met. I don't know what we would have done without her help.

Elderwerks provided me with a list of Assisted Living Facilities that accepted Medicaid in two different counties. Many facilities do not use Medicaid so this list saved me so much time! The list helped me find a wonderful place for my mother. I would definitely recommend Elderwerks as a place to start your journey in finding a credible, safe environment for your loved one.

Provides very truthful information about options. We chose a facility and my Mother was very satisfied with choice. I was happy to hear more unbiased information about the facilities I had researched. For my Mother it was about level of care to make her feel safe.This service is helpful and anyone searching for elder care should contact them.

This organization is a great resource for aging individuals or for people looking for guidance on helping a family member to find the care they deserve. Barbara is knowledgeable about all the topics and concerns that come up in a families journey of finding care, taking care of finances, and many other topics that you don't initially think about. There is really no other place like this to help a family get organized and pointed in the right direction in finding care for their family.

I worked with Gail Niksic for placement for a nursing home for my nana. She was very helpful, patient and caring throughout the entire process. Due to Covid, many nursing homes in our area were full and/ or understaffed. Gail helped us find a place that was able to meet all of our needs. I truly appreciate her and the Elderwerks team.
