They were able to patch my tire free of charge which was super nice. I did have to wait 50 minutes but if you make an appointment online it’s faster. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Would recommend.

I Purchased 4 tires from Discount Tire in Palatine 3 years ago and have since put approximately 23,000 miles on them. When I visited the store a couple weeks ago to have the tires rotated, I was told the treads on all 4 tires were worn and they could not rotate them. They said they would offer me $100 off for three of the tires towards replacement and nothing on the fourth tire because it was exceptionally bad. I have since had other facilities look at them and they found no problem with the tires. I do not feel like I was given an honest assessment of my tires and will never buy anything from the company again and never refer them to anyone.

Worst service ever wish I could give them zero stars there were people coming in for a warranty that got serviced before me and left before me and arrived after me. I was also there for service on a warranty and other people that were purchasing the customer service given to people who purchase insurance I would never buy the insurance Due to the fact, they will try to upsell you if you don’t buy anything they will tell you it’s gonna take hours for replacement

I had different bolts placed on just one of my wheels during winter. It was a hassle as I live relatively far from their shop. Adam the store manager was great and apologetic. They replaced the wrong ones, paid back the bolts I had purchased at BMW and changed the tires for free. But most importantly, he cared to ensure I left with a good experience.

Love this place Get my tires here and also rotated. This trip was for my mother who did NOT get here tires here but they rotated for free. Love the staff here for many years even thought the faces have changed. Must be the employee screening process because they all are GREAT

I always come here for my services and I'm always taken care of. I have a history of nails in my tires. They see it and know it. They've always done what I've asked every time.
I didnt feel that way on 3/18/24 and felt totally dismissed by one of them. They almost sent me on my way without checking any tire...and in fact There was a nail in my tire, it turned out. I'm glad I stayed and told them to check that tire.. He told me that the tire was still at 40 and didn't see a nail in it. But I just had it inflated from 27 yesterday by Delta sonic to hold me over so i can get it checked out. Long story short, I got a call back after I called and complained and they're going to make it up to me.

I had a nail in my tire , I didn't have an appointment but they took me was quoted an hour wait . But they took my car in and had it done in about 20 minutes. Great service ! And no cost to repair the tire .

These guys are so great! The wait time is long, but that’s expected especially without an appointment. Even with an appointment I waited a while, but the level of respect and support from this team was amazing. I don’t know the managers name it could have been Adam? He took care of me. I had to come back due to them not being able to get my lug nut off which it was most likely frozen. I came back the next day after leaving a different shop and he made sure to get my car right in and right out in an expected time. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Making an appointment does make a difference so make sure to do that online!

I had appointment for 11:15 AM for ONLY one tire inspection. Shop was NOT busy. I left shop at 12:40 PM.
