We hired scott and this company to install EverLights on our building and the experience has been horrible. It's been 2 months and it's not done. He said it would be a one day job. He also originally said they could work with and around the scaffolding we had up but then quickly changed his mind deliberately delaying our job. Every mistake they make they blame someone else. They Say my roofer took their product out and tried to reinstall but broke it. They are trying to charge me for this when I have documentation that my roofer wasn't there the day they claim this happened. It was actually the same day he took out the stuff they his people installed in the wrong space. They sold us a product without a detailed explanation on how it works. they said they could add up lights without ever telling us that the up lights are a completely different product that works on a completely different platform and app. the intent of my original request was to have everything work in one app. This is very frustrating and This is very very poor customer service. It should have been explained in explicit detail. their people installed where it wasn't supposed to be installed and they left huge holes in my brick. It's still not patched as he said it would be. The lights worked for one day and have not worked since. My list goes on and on and if I could give them -5 I would. This has been a very negative experience.

DHT came out to my home and replaced my old outdated and discontinued sonos system with a new one. Found some other small issues and took care of them as well. Nice people, quality service!!!

Had a great experience with DHT. The job was well done with no surprises on the price. They texted when they were on the way to my house, then mounted a TV over our fireplace with a Mantel Mount that looks awesome. Thanks Bolek for leading the charge and making it look great!

I'd highly recommend DHT to anyone needing a home security system. Scott, the owner, is professional, responsive and his staff provides excellent service. Scott went out of his way to personally install our home security system during the holiday season as he had given his installers some time off. The alarm system is great and we are pleased with the services provided.

John and his staff are wonderful. We had a very unusual situation in that it was difficult to get any wireless connection on our second floor. I had a couple of other people come out to the home and no one could solve the issue. John came out to our home within in few days of my call and was able to solve our issue beautifully. Recently, another member of his team came out for a separate issue and resolved the problem quickly. They are so clear about everything and don't waste anytime getting to the heart of the issue and resolving it for you. It's the kind of service that used to exist years ago and that you wished every business today would operate like this. I'm very grateful for John and the rest of the crew!

I recently bought a home with an existing automation system which was installed by DHT. Sadly once I changed the WiFi network name everything stopped working. I called Scott and he sent out Chris (the tech that installed the system) who got everyting up and running. Great customer Service!!

John and his crew did a great job designing and installing a home theater and sound system in our home. They showed up with all the necessary equipment and went right to work. The system works and looks good,all wiring neatly tied and bound. Chris programmed the system and throughly demonstrated all the features. We highly recommend Digital Home Technologies
