Simply put, Dan Schwellenbach was everything I could have asked for in a Loan Originator and more. Dan and his team at NEXA Mortgage did an excellent job explaining every piece of the home buying process to me and my partner. This was crucial to us as first time home buyers, and Dan's efforts were extremely appreciated. Dan and NEXA Mortgage made the whole painstaking process as easy as possible, and I will always be truly grateful.Above all that, Dan guided me through one of the most tumultuous interest rate climates (and roughest home-buying climates) in recent history and helped me get the absolute best possible rate on my home loan. Additionally, Dan's very low monthly PMI provided us with more options for down payments than we had originally anticipated.Overall, Dan and his team at NEXA Mortgage were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and continued to follow up with me after closing to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns about my loan.
