Terrible customer service at the window. They called me to pick up script. I came and they were at lunch. I came bk after their lunchtime and a pharmacist came to the drive thru window and said it would be a LONG wait before they could help me…because the inside counters were backed up s customers. Gee Whiz!!

They ares lier they always said medicine is ready for in hour but when you pick it up it’s not ready yet until tomorrow. They don’t communicate to the costumers they like wasting your time for nothing. They need to change their system super disappointed need to change my pharmacy. This CVS is ridiculous!

During my visit to CVS for knee caps, I found the selection somewhat limited. Fortunately, a helpful staff member, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, provided assistance by explaining and guiding us through the available options. The store’s cleanliness was noteworthy, contributing to a positive shopping experience. The staff, in general, displayed a good level of customer service.However, it was observed that on the right side of the entrance, some articles were not properly arranged, creating an untidy appearance. This minor discrepancy in presentation was a noticeable aspect that could be improved for a more aesthetically pleasing first impression. Despite this, the overall experience at CVS was satisfactory, with attentive staff and a clean environment.

Scheduled and paid for a covid rapid test only to arrive at the location and be told that they are not a minute clinic and do not offer covid testing. When I shared the confirmation information the pharmacist consulted a superior and came back to tell me that their covid testing equipment was not functioning and they would not be able to provide the service scheduled and paid for. When I asked if she could assist me in finding another CVS location that could provide covid testing she could only direct me to their website. And a refund could only come from contacting customer service which has dropped my call twice. Embarrassing to call themselves a pharmacy.

Goodluck calling them - expect at least a 30 minute wait time. On average it takes me 45 mins to call, and the hang up half the time. They also do NOT have meds ready when the app texts you. So yeah, I don’t recommend coming here period.

This CVS Pharmacy in Palatine, Illinois on Smith and N.W. Hwy should be a ZERO! By far, the most chaotic, unorganized and incompetent Pharmacy I have ever seen. Continuous LOST Prescriptions, weeks of unfilled auto refills, wrong dosage and the list goes on. CVS Corporate does not care after numerous calls into them letting them know the major problems going on there. All the Pharmacist are FLOATERS and not permanent employees, then when they finally do hire a permanent Manager that person quits within a few weeks. I am running to switch all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. I can no longer trust them with my medication refills.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Changing it to different place and will be looking to speak to their management. Staff is awful, not humans, get out of health industry. There should be no place for staff as the staff during October 11th 3pm shift. Doctor was on hold for 50 mins and never hot through. I called doctor three times and kept him on hold, but they won't take my cell to talk. And all this while holding sick 3 year old miserable child!!! And they won't even look at my side and or even try to help. Unhuman and I will be talking to your management!!!

My prescription that I requested to be delivered was cancelled with no explanation why and it is Imposible to get a hold of pharmacy over the phone tried multiple times and stayed on hold over 30mins, one time I called and after waiting a while they just hung up.

The CVS on 14 in Palatine, IL always has friendly, helpful staff, is well organized and easy to navigate and the bathrooms are actually CLEAN. Unlock local competitor… CVS has the best coupons that actually save you money and it is greatly appreciated. I literally just paid $33 instead of about $80!

Ordered a birthday banner online when I came to get it, they just said my order was cancelled without informing me but my email never said it was cancelled and nobody called and the staff on the counter never apologized and was very rude. A simple apology is enough. I hope they will try to do something with customer service.

The new pharmacist can’t count/use a calendar so he wouldn’t give me my prescription. He doesn’t understand you go back a day if the month ends in 31. Also, I saw another review that I 100% agree with. They are obsessed with their lunch break. I called at 11:30!! They said well they go on lunch so..I mean that’s a damn hour smh

Called pharmacy at 8:30 pm. Was on hold for one half hour with no one picking up. Called on another line to front of store and was informed the pharmacy closed early with no explanation as to why. Furthermore was hung up on by front of store employee when asked to speak to manager. Will be transferring my prescriptions from this terrible store.

Took off 2 stars because of their pharmacy staff. Rude and inconsiderate. Some of them talk inappropriately about customers in front of everyone to hear. Some will get annoyed the moment you have a question about insurance and cost of medicine. They act like the rest of us are not there.

Will not come back and ask all my providers change this location as my pharmacy.. so unprofessional, told me to come next day , calling all the time and at the end they stated prescription will be ready on Mon evening so its one week after it was sent to them… and we needed medication super urgent for little kid…
