I have been in the Cricket location in Palatine several times and Ana has always been very pleasant, helpful and efficient! No matter what issue/question I arrive at the store for, she never makes me feel inept or inadequate! I'm also quickly in and out when I need to make an in-store trip! Love our Palatine Cricket store!

Came to this store with phone issues.Michael the store manager was the only person at the store he was very friendly, professional and resolved all my issues on the spot.
