I really like Best Buy and I hope it sticks around. “Visited the store to trade in my iPhone for the newer model. We ran into some issues due to the fact of having a business account with my provider. Josh and Anthony were both so helpful and patient. They each went out of their way to put in extra effort to get us what we needed/wanted. They’re both so personable that it felt like I was chatting with my friends during the entire process. Such an enjoyable experience.”

“My iPad screen cracked for no reason.There was no apple care on my iPad so I just visited there to know why the screen was broken.When I made an appointment, one of the staff told me that the warranty doesn’t cover the iPad screen so I was waiting for the repair team without any expectation for compensation.Despite visiting on walk-in, I was able to meet the repair team in 5 minutes!The repair team found a way to get an exchange for me even I didn’t have apple care. So now I’m waiting for the replacement because they don’t have that iPad in-stock.I could feel that the staff were doing their best to help me.Super fast work process, friendly staffHighly recommended?+ I got a replacement and the model number starts with M so I believe its not refurbished unit”

“I had a couple online shopping returns so I went here to print a couple shipping labels and buy some packaging. The self-service printer was super easy to use, but an employee was always close by in case I needed help. Printing here isn't expensive, even when you're only printing a couple things. The employee who rang me up at the register when I bought my packaging was very friendly and polite, and he helped me sign up for the free rewards program, which actually saved me some money just for signing up!! Overall I had a really great experience and I really recommend this Office Depot”
