Awful customer service. My parents are Chase Private Clients and they could care less about their clients. They don't want to notarize a document because the form that was presented was different than what they were used to. They still have not introduced me to a Chase Private Client banker even though I have been requesting one for almost a year. I have never had a problem at different branches but this particular location is indifferent and unwilling to help.

Great branch. They were very busy and I witnessed the staff being very busy. They remained calm and friendly even when dealing with a somewhat unreasonable customer. I want to give a big THANKS to Tony Seiler for assisting me, he did a great job!

You don't need to be open a Saturday if you don't have employees to serve me lol it's that easy. Don't tell me you don't have cash after I filled out the thing and waited over 20 minutes to get my money. And also learn how to smile ?

It's Chase Bank you know what you're getting. A secure bank but with no real benefits and high penalty fees. There are so many other better Banks out there just do your business with a different bank. Chase is outdated.

This is the best branch in the area. I recommend if you need help with anything, speak to Dana. Dana actually cares about people and the problems they are having. Give her a raise.
