We've been Chase Bank customers for more years than I care to admit. Our branch is excellent. They know us, and we get lovely service.My impression of this branch is they are either significantly understaffed or don't care. We arrived at about 11:30 AM on a Saturday to get some papers notarized. The bank was crowded with people, most in line for tellers. There was a small seating area for those waiting to see a banker, and there appeared to be three people ahead of us. We all waited and waited and waited, but no one greeted us or acknowledged we were there.We waited about 40 minutes before they took the next person in line. Ten minutes later, they called two people back who had just arrived. Mind you, still no acknowledgment that anyone else was there. I asked them how long the wait would be, and the banker said if we didn't have an appointment, we wouldn't be able to see anyone.Seriously??? Wait for almost an hour, and no one at the bank cared to let those waiting know they couldn't get in? I'm not a hard man to please, but this experience was unacceptable. There was no reason someone at the bank couldn't have let people know. And I'm no banker, but if I were and were too busy to be courteous to their customers, I would have put a sign up saying all bankers have appointments today, and if you don't have an appointment, you won't see anyone.So, why two stars and not one? As I said above, I like using Chase Bank, And while this branch failed any reasonable person's expectations, I'm adding one star for the normal service I get at Chase Branches.This was disappointing, to say the least.

This is the only branch I will go to if I can help it. The staff and manager are always on top and willing to help, they're patient and non-judgmental, it's hard to come across these days and it's nice to have somewhere comfortable to go regarding your finances.

I needed a debit card replacement cause customer rep couldn’t do it via phone so I went to this chase bank so they could issue me a new debit card but the teller didn’t know what he was doing and made me wait for nothing. Thank you!!!!!!

I recently went to this branch to wire money from my business account and Anastasiia H was extremely helpful. She triple-checked everything and made sure all the accounts were correct. She treated me with respect and professionalism and I felt welcome and valued as a customer. Overall, a great experience and great service from Anastasiia.

I went a couple of weeks do open a new account and the person who help me it was good and polite service I was happy with the treat I had as a customer service. ANETA IVANOVA she helped me and she was very polite and explained everything with details and also help with the chase app and explained how it works and etc .... ? I recommend this branch

Sue Martinez is VP manager at this branch and is rude, unwilling to do her job, and should be demoted. I would go to another branch and deal with people that care about their customers. Sue Martinez should be fired. I’v been with Chase when it was Bankone and always had great service. Always loved Chase and their great service till I meet Sue Martinez. She needs to be investigated and demoted and fired.
