If I can give 0 stars I would. Elena opened a joint checking and savings account for me and my fiancé on the 1st of February. She refused to transfer my funds from my personal account to our joint accounts which resulted in it being marked as fraud. I went into the chase branch to take my funds out and I was met with an individual named Ali Saeed he basically would say nothing regarding the situation and whispers to where you can’t even hear him & Anne Conway the branch manager she acts like she knows everything but simple questions she can’t answer. They are rude and kept running to a different cubicle to discuss my account and not relay any message to me. They treated me and my fiancé like criminals we are disgusted with how we were treated at this branch and that they do nothing to fix a situation or even explain anything.

The product we were interested in was not available any longer even that the promotion should be valid until 4/19/23 ??( per promotion information).So this was a surprise to us.Unfortunately the staff was not to much helpful in finding some products similar to the one we were looking for. I had to find it on my own ,at home. But that was not as disappointing ( there always be other products) as the reaction of the banker and manager.. They both did not see me looking at them after I informed them we will not open new accounts at the moment as we are not sure what to choose. Both were to busy making an eye contacts with each other with sarcastic smiles ( almost rolling their eyes).Took me by surprise , but then it was just "funny". We had a good laugh with my teenage daughter after we left. The accounts were going to be for her. Shame that she had to experience, witness such a unprofessional act from both of them, when she just wanted to open accounts with her own, saved money. Of curse I will not go back to Palatine office .I will go back to the Mt. Prospect Chase branch on Euclid Ave, where the banker I worked with is very professional ,wonderful ,same for the staff.

I tried to go in to get a document notarized. Manager refused to do so. She questioned whether I had an account there and told me I needed an appointment. She said to try the UPS store all the while my business partners got their notarized no issue at their respective branches. Now I have to run around to go to another Chase to get it notarized.

Marisol Espinoza is the person you want see for all your banking needs at this Chase Bank branch. I met her at this branch 3 years ago and I have always received excellent customer service from her. She is very professional and such a caring person. I am grateful for being a customer of this branch because of her politeness and professionalism. First of all, worst bank ever! I left them yesterday. They wanted to put me in hold after two hours after they locked me out after a zelle transaction. I had proof that my debit card, expiration date, pin, number on the back was correct, but the automated machine would not let me through. I also got not one, not two, not three, but FOUR times my cards were compromised by chase. As fun as the commercials look, do not fall for it. DO NOT JOIN CHASE BANK!

Like a previous reviewer said, there should be a memorial here, or nearby, for the victims of the 1993 Brown's Chicken massacre. I'm sure Chase has the money to get such a project going! But they're probably more concerned with charging you late and overdraft fees.
