Years after my kitchen cabinets were installed 2 hinges broke. Cabinets Plus worked with me to replace the hinges and fix my cabinets. Their customer service was excellent!

Our second master bath redo with Cabinets Plus (the first in our previous house) turned out beautifully based on Melissa's design. Mike and PJ were a great crew--responsive and professional--and the subcontractors delivered high quality as usual. We'd have absolutely no hesitation in using Cabinets Plus again.

Working with Cabinets Plus to remodel our kitchen was a wonderful experience. They handled everything and were perfect for people like us who don't know enough to manage an independent contractor on our own. Terry took the time to get to know us, understand what we were looking for and put together a design that was absolutely perfect. All of the communication from Rachel and Kent before, during and after the project was prompt, detailed and accurate. They communicated even the tiniest little change to the schedule and the only changes to the schedule were made because work was being done faster than expected. Everyone who worked on the project (Mike, PJ, Dustin, Tim...I'm sure I'm missing some folks) were super respectful of our home and awesome to have around. Minor touch ups after completion have been handled promptly. We would not hesitate to use them again!

in 2005/2006, Cabinets Plus did an amazing kitchen and bath reno for my mother's home. So many compliments over the years from everyone who saw it. My mother loved working with the team and referred many people to them. Since her death in 2016, we have been deciding what to do next and over the years I contemplated buying the home. One drawback.... although the counters she picked in 2005 were beautiful, they just weren't my style and I needed more kitchen storage space. Some contractors who were friends, clients, acquaintances viewed the job and they all said the counters could not come out without replacing cabinets, too as a counter micro/cabinet rested on the counter. I literally had 4 contractors say that the counters were fine and I would adapt or needed to replace all the cabinets. I wanted a second island for additional storage and that was not recommended by others who were not as creative as they thought it would obstruct flow and look boxy. I went back to Cabinets Plus hoping that since they installed the cabinet, maybe they could remove it? I knew their reputation as being high end so I was quite sure I would not be able to afford it. Well, they did it!!! I LOVE my new counter and they designed and built a peninsula instead of a kitchen table so I have more storage space for all of my appliances and serving pieces. Nothing obstructing the flow. Nothing boxy! Yes, a kitchen reno is expensive, but their prices were not that far off from the others who said it probably couldn't be done the way I wanted it. Huge THANKS to Linda, Rachel, Chris and Dusten and the Kunzweiler family for keeping the quality and beauty going. We had our kitchen and 2 full baths remodeled. From the first day we walked into the Cabinets Plus showroom, we knew we were dealing with the best. Terry walked us through every aspect of the remodel including cabinets, light fixtures, flooring, cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures. Later, we were contacted by Kent to go over the schedule. Kent let us know what to expect during the demolition and remodel. The great service did not stop in the showroom. I cannot say enough about the work crew that came on time every day. Even our neighbors complimented that they were not only on time, but were early every day! Ron, Mike, Brian, Casey, and Matt covered our wood floors and carpet and used barriers and fans to minimize dust during the demolition and construction. They were all very friendly, courteous, and thorough during the entire remodel. They cleaned and organized the work areas every day before leaving. Also, before the crew left for the day, we were shown what activities took place during the day and what to expect the next scheduled work day. We were always notified immediately of any changes to the work schedule and any changes in the original plans due to unforeseen construction barriers. After all the construction was completed, we had a final walk through with Terry and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We are planning on having more remodeling done and will contact Terry, Kent and the crew at Cabinets Plus!

I had Cabinets Plus remodel two bathrooms (2014) and kitchen (2015). Recently the puck lights in my kitchen upper cabinets were not operating properly. Despite the kitchen now being five years old Cabinets Plus was very responsive and replaced my puck lights at no cost to me. It pays to work with a company that has been in business for a long time and cares about the customer experience. I will continue to recommend CP to my friends and family as an outstanding choice for any remodeling needs.

Their customer service is unparalleled. After a kitchen remodel performed 10 years ago, they still had all my records and assisted me in fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. They even sent out a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue. Who stands by their work like that? Outstanding!!

Excellent design advice and quality workmanship resulted in a wonderful home:
Cabinets Plus did a full remodel in 2018 of the kitchen, both baths, hardwood and tile floors, closets, doors and wood trim.
Melissa and Linda's design advice was extremely helpful and they deserve full credit for how beautiful everything looks, not to mention how efficient and functional the storage is.
When questions arose during the design phase, they, Kent and his people conscientiously researched and reported the technical facts so that with their advice I could make the best choices.
I'm very happy with the suppliers they suggested for plumbing and electrical, who were also helpful, and the products we settled on look great and work well--and again their guidance led me to make good choices I might not otherwise have considered. (So a tip of the hat to Banner Plumbing, Northwest Electric, and Abt.)
The remodeling teams did excellent work, and what's more they were very careful to not make a mess or unnecessary noise, which pleased my condo neighbors. All the neighbors, condo board and management company had nothing but good things to say about them.

Their advice on other remodeling issues was very valuable, as they could visualize better than me how some of my ideas would actually look when combined, and the result was that I went ahead with great suggestions where otherwise I would have stayed with safer choices that would not have looked as nice. I came into the project with some design requirements (existing furniture and heirloom rugs) and a few ideas, but I could never have put together as fine a design as they did, nowhere near as good. When technical questions arose during the design, they Kent and his people were unstinting in laying out the technical facts so we could make the best choice. I'm very happy with the suppliers they suggested for plumbing and electrical, who were also helpful, and the products we settled on look great and work well--and again their guidance led me to make good choices I might not otherwise have considered.
