Took the car for a routine oil change. During the inspection the mechanic said I need new struts and gave me a quote of over $1400. I decided to get a second opinion and found that there are no problems with the struts! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

This place is bait and switch. They charge extra for certification even though the used car is listed as certified online. Upcharge of 1000. Rude used car manager. Other dealers do not charge above listed price for certification. Run from this place!

My wife and I stopped in to look at the Toyota Venza. We met with Adam Ciemierzynski, and what a pleasure it was to work with him. He was one of the most patient people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was able to answer every question we had and walked us through every step of the way. Even when we got cold feet and needed to sleep on our decision he put no pressure on us. So when we came back in the following day, Adam was so determined that all went well with us that he stayed with us throughout the finance part of the deal. I've never had someone do this for me. His expertise on the car we purchased was exceptional, and he was more than capable of demonstrating the use of each feature and how they function. He gave my wife a complete tutorial of everything to make her feel more at ease. Adam is a standup, professional who goes above and beyond. It has become a rare thing for people to do what Adam did for us. If you're in the market for a Toyota, ask for Adam. Total professional.

Before positing details of my experience at this dealership, I want to ensure it starts by recognizing Ilya, a sales manager here. I honestly wish I had had the option of speaking with him from the get go as I believe he would've prevented the situation that happened today. He truly felt apologetic for what happened and did his best to try and remedy the situation. This review to follow in no way pertains to him.I happen to come across a vehicle on their website that caught my eye so I went in to inquire. I spoke with Melanie and was told that the vehicle had not yet arrived nor had it been pre-sold, it was on its way and scheduled to arrive on the 5th. I explained that I really liked the car as well as the pricing and was very interested in potentially buying it. Melanie then offered me to see the vehicle when it arrived so of course I agreed. I expressed to her my interest in the car and asked to please not sell it before I was able to come view it as I likely would be buying it. I also asked to speak to a manager of whom I expressed the same concern. I even spoke with the manager a second time expressing this and sent an email to Melanie expressing my concern of the car being sold and that I'd like to assure I am able to see it. I explained my work schedule and when I'd be able to come see the car. I even asked if I could put a deposit on the car; my only option was to put a $2500 non-refundable deposit on the car. I continued calling a couple times a day to check on if the car had arrived yet and again expressed that I was very interested in the car and asked that it not be sold before I could see it. I was assured I'd be called when the vehicle came in.I receive a call around 1:15pm today that the car had arrived and was available to see. I was asked when I would be planning to come in. I said that I'd be there by 4pm. I was told that they would make sure that the car would be ready for me then. As I'm on my way to the dealership at 3:00pm, I get a text saying that the car had sold. I asked how when I was scheduled to come in at 4:00pm was told that it was first come first serve. I was not informed that others were interested in the car at the time I came in to inquire so as far as I'm concerned, I was first come first serve to see and purchase the car!I did not realize that calling multiple times to express that I'd really appreciate being able to see the car and to please not sell it as I would likely be buying it once seeing it was not enough. And why even bother asking me to come in if it didn't matter anyways. I was misled and lied to about this transaction. I also love their "It's not fair to customers that are here and have agreed to the pricing". What's NOT FAIR is that you completely disregarded my interest in the car and willingness to purchase it as expressed MULTIPLE TIMES! What's NOT FAIR is that you couldn't bother to say that you have an interested party coming at 4:00pm and that you'd let them know if it fell through! I had finances prepared to purchase this car TODAY and that opportunity was robbed of me and I've been waiting a year to purchase a Highlander. This entire experience aside from working with Ilya was dirty, sleazy, and unacceptable. Very disappointed in communication efforts by Melanie and management aside from Ilya. Could you make it any clearer that all you care about is money? At least attempt to build a rapport and maintain your end of the deal.I gave this dealer a second chance and that is the last. If you want a car from this dealership, remain cautious because they might sell it even though they tell you to come in. It appears I'm not the only one with this experience.

Watch out - What they quote on the phone is less than what they charge you - never happened until now . They don't honor the conversation you had on the phone especially the price they quoted on the phone when you set up the appointment for service . I have been using this dealer for over 8 years to get my service done for both cars Camry and RAV4- I noticed the customer service from the service center is getting WORST AND WORST each service I made, hung up on people rush through the calls - pretend they don't quote wrong price - Two days ago I called to set up for oil change and tier rotation and the guy who answered the phone hung up as soon as I said hello , so I called back and he answered- I asked is it still $12,99 for labor cost to oil change if I bring my own oil and filter ( which I always do) and he said yes and tire Rotation is $24.99 - when I picked up my car , they charged me $30 for labor cost -when I called back the service guy, Matthew said he will credit me $15 toward to replacing new tires on RAV4 then before end of our call he changed his mind because his manager said they have to charge $30 for labor costs .. couple weeks ago they quoted to change all full tires over $1000 but when I was there yesterday another guy quoted me $300 less so depends on who you talked to in that place - RECORED THE CALL if you can if they quote you the price on the phone otherwise they will run around and pretend did not know who quoted that price or set up the appointment on the phone and you will end up paying higher price they charged you because they already completed your service .

This morning I went to the dealership and Alexis Zabala helped me. I needed to set up remote start for my car and it was the best service I have received so far. Super recommended. He also speaks Spanish.

I came in to look at a 2022 Toyota Corolla & I came with pre approval from my bank so initially there was no issue , If I could give the place no stars I would , after badgering me consistently with a high a** extended warranty and I ultimately refused , my Pre approval was no longer accepted due to previous funding issues from my bank ( Navy Federal) it was so funny that all of this transpired after I wouldn't accept the countless attempts to pin this Warranty on me that I actually didn't even need ! So a back up contract was brought to me in case my funding didn't go through , I called navy federal multiple times through out this interaction and they NEVER HEARD NO SUCH THING ! the Finance department then switches up again and says they can't even offer the back up contract and that I would just have to finance through them if I wanted to purchase the car.. this was my first dealership experience and it was horrific !

I came for an oil change, waited 1 hour, then found out that my car was not working yet. They promised to do it in 30-40 minutes. but even after 45 minutes the car was not ready. made me wait another 10 minutes. In general, I spent 2 hours changing the oil. do not recommend

Arlington Customer Service:\\nI am very upset and will likely no longer purchase vehicles from your facility or use you for any service requirements.\\nI had called and made a service appointment for my Scion, with the request to wait for the repair. I was told that would be possible and the appointment was confirmed. (See email below).\\nUpon showing up for my appointment and meeting with the person at the desk, I was informed the repair could not be made while I waited, and the vehicle would have to stay overnight.\\nThe reason for that change was a lack of labor (mechanics) and no one was available to work on my car as originally planned.\\n1)\\tWhile I waited for my car to be brought back out to me, no one offered a free loaner.\\n2)\\tThe service person NEVER asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment.\\n3)\\tNo one called me in advance to inform me that tonight’s appointment was in jeopardy and to make an alternate plan.\\n\\nYour customer service is very poor. I’m frustrated, and I wanted you to be aware of that because prior to today’s issue, I was a promoter of Arlington Toyota.\\nIf any of my friends, family, or neighbors ask me for a dealership reference, I will not include Arlington Toyota in places to consider.

If you want a good deal on a car DONT go here. I caught them in complete false advertising. I have posted the photo which shows a clear final price on a trd to 70,984. Yet they raised it to 84,500.00 when i decided to buy. When I questioned the price and told them its clear online they changed it as shown on line within just a few minutes. Not an isolated incident as I see others have had the same review comment. Never thought of checking yelp before shopping there but now I know and just want to share with all out there. I filed a complaint with the attorney general on this and recommend others do the same (compling the evidence really helps). Some of the adds are just deceptive but others also cross the line of criminal as does the one attached.
