My 20-year-old daughter went here without me earlier this year and purchased a Subaru BRZ. She was sold a good amount of extras. Can I blame the salesperson? Everyone has to make a living, but I feel for my daughter who was just excited about getting this specific vehicle and doing it on her own. Now, fast forward to today--I've been trying to help her get a refund on the balance of those extras because she traded in the BRZ about a month ago (so much for it being her dream car) and I can't get anyone to call me back from their Finance Dept. I will not purchase a vehicle here again and I am still trying to help her resolve this. I'm sure there are some lovely people here that others have engaged with but this has been a bad experience for my daughter and myself.

So bummed to leave this review. The mechanics at this location are so kind and I've received excellent service on my car. I was recently quoted a price for work on my car and when I came to pick it up, it was $1200 over the quoted price. They tried to resolve it, but in the end, I wound up paying for the error. The person resolving the issue kept saying "this is about the best I can do," and I know he has his own managers who restrict what he can do. My feedback to customers is to ALWAYS get a copy of the quote. I legitimately think it was just an error on their part, but because no one offered me a print out of the quote and I trusted the quote I was verbally given (two times), I had to pay for the error. I know it's on me for not having proof of the quote, but I left feeling really sad about how it was handled and discouraged that when it came down to it, they were willing to have me foot the bill for their mistake. For this reason, I won't be a returning customer.

Bought a car in December from here... check engine light popped on after only having it a week. Due to holidays they had me bring it back after the holiday. i had oil light and check engine and squeak like old brake issue the lights continued to come on. by the time march came car had been in the shop 6 times with extended periods. They thought they fixed the issue in august had to take the truck back they told me it was a brake issue. all these months I am begging for paperwork for a breakdown of what i paid for the truck. truck was listed at 15 loan shows 26 and My finance company isn't aware of the Down payment i put down on the truck. truck goes in the shop again in august same lights to find out truck needs engine work. dealership refuses to fix the truck! RUN FROM THIS PLACE

BUYER BEWARE: IF YOU BUY A WARRANTY...GOOD LUCK CANCELLING IT. THEY INTENTIONALLY IGNORE YOU AND STALL, HOPING YOU'LL GO AWAY.Worst customer service and integrity of any car dealership I've ever known. I've been attempting to get a car warranty cancellation processed and credited for 3 months, I've left dozens of messages, and I'm still getting the run around. Good thing there's BBB and Small Claims next. It's to bad that they care that much about a measly 1k. I would never buy a car here again or recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give them 0 star I would. This dealership and its employees are all full of lies and misinformation. I purchased a car from them a year ago during the sale we were told so many things, offered additional benefits for a cost, we agreed and signed the contract. Few months later we needed to use the Smart Driver benefit to purchase a second key for the vehicle and to get some dents removed that is when everything started unraveling. Smart Driver told us we only have coverage for tires repair, we contacted the dealership for assistance and yes you guessed correctly they been given us the run aroundThis month the car was damaged and totaled by our insurance so of course we are devastated but not stressed because we made sure to include GAP insurance during our purchase…. I now again have to be going back and forth with this dealershipDo Not do business with them but if you must make sure to record all your conversation and interaction with them

Please do not purchase anything from this facility.There is a reason why costumers are complaining. They will charge you for GAP, And other Insurance that they have in-house. Once it comes to having to use what you have signed for, they will not pay GAP nor will they cover anything that they have agreed to. I have been working in government a long time, and If they can't even respect Americans and be transparent what other fraudulent thing could be going on that customers have not spoken out about. I am beyond words about how I have been taken care of by this dealership. I got an okay deal on my first vehicle from them but they gave me the best deal imaginable with the up and coming 2024 vehicle! They were so understanding and helpful to make the trade and process was as fast and as helpful as they could be! Not a worry in the world when I stop by again!

My expectations were met with my service manager, Mark. He was very patient and did not push any services that were not needed. I felt he had my best interests at heart. This was not the case when I used to service my car at Libertyville Acura. They were awful as they were always pushing services. I do have one complaint with Acura, not service related. Why are you selling tires that are defective? In 2019 I bought Michelin tires (the same tires that came with the car) from Libertyville Acura. During this service appt I had to have new tires replaced because of the tread. They only had 30k miles on them. What I now find interesting is from that 2019 appt to this appt, the tires were always came up yellow when I went for service. I just wrote it off since I knew how much mileage was on them and I made sure to always rotate at every service appt. When I bought this up during this service appt, I was told that Acura stopped selling the Michelin tires due to the tread not lasting and other issues. In my opinion very shady. If you are going to sell a specific brand make sure they meet the standards. I really don't need to be replacing tires every 30k miles.

I’ve been loyal to Arlington Acura because they have staff who work with you to not only meet your needs and wants, but help you make the right decision that is best for YOU when purchasing a vehicle. I’ve been to many dealerships who only want your money. The trustworthy staff here are very helpful, thoughtful, and have a great selection of vehicles. Audrey was especially helpful! She was great! A very knowledgeable and kind person.

Just think twice before buying here. Bought my Acura with issues that have never been fixed, I mean they did try many times but no results. They never have loaners cars, disrespectful sales, finance and even phone reps. The only positive side of entire dealership is Steve, he is willing to help but again with no results. Thank you, never again

We had a great experience dealing with David Lee at this dealership. He was very detailed explaining the various trim levels, gave us a long test drive and patiently explained the finance terms and conditions. His manager was also proactive and got us the black color MDX from another dealer. The paperwork took sometime but they were communicating the whole time. Hoping for a long lasting partnership...

Brought my SUV in for detailing to Arlington Acura. The SUV was completed & looked like new. Mark N. Is an excellent service advisor. Keeps me connected on service status & readiness. I’ve worked with him for about ten years! Both dealership & Mark deserve their five star ratings.

Great service experience. Service advisor Aamer Ali was very helpful and checked my service history and recommended what service was needed. I am completely satisfied with the service performed. However I wasn’t informed of the charge for using a credit card. If I had been informed in advance I would have come prepared to pay cash and saved the $54.00 charge. I suggest in the future customers should be informed at checkin so they are aware upfront of this credit card policy.
