Whoever answering the phone is really impolite. asking me questions that no one asked me about the project that I needed and then getting upset when I’m asking him back to explain me what he means, then he asked to end the call and call me back because he’s in the middle of an appointment?!?! with a really ugly attitude!
It’s useless to add that he never called back and that’s ok because I wouldn’t answer. I found someone else who was able and happy to help me right away.
** I’m sure it was this specific location, the guy hung up before giving me his name**

Their team was so easy to work with, and they got my order done in a very timely manner, and my product (a retactable banner) looked super clean. All throughout our project there was great communication. I'd highly reccomend working with Allegra for your marketing print needs!
