I would give 0 stars if I could, what they sell you isn’t what you think you’re buying. I had recently purchased a Nissan Xterra from All In Auto and they had sold me a “check engine free” car and within the 2nd day of driving it the check engine light turned on. The car has catalytic converter issues, the battery wasn’t original and has less cca then what is actually needed, the glove compartment was broken and they Velcro tapped it shut, the horn doesn’t work as well as the breaks need to be flushed. Yes I understand I drove the car before hand, but I’m no mechanic. This location takes advantage of the casual buyer AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely terrible experience. I reached out to them today to set up an appointment for a car, but upon arriving at the location, they informed me that the car had already been sold. I couldn't help but wonder why I bothered making the trip in the first place. Their apologies are of little consolation to me, especially considering the time and money I wasted on a taxi, and so on. This might be a suitable option for someone with ample free time and nothing else to do.

Drove 40 min to see a red and a black chevy silverado.Test drove the red one. It felt fine and had no issues with that. But we noticed they tried to repair rust from quarter panels, which they did a terrible job.I mean I was expecting something good for a 14k truck.Just beware check quarter panels because they just put a piece of fiber and a lot of bondo.

They sell you a lemon and rip you off. Yes I was in a hurry to get a vehicle but I did not deserve to get a vehicle that shakes when you go faster than 45 MPH. I tried to sell it and found out it was worth $12,000 less then what I paid for. So now I am upside down on the what I owe vs what I can sell it for.

We decided to just go look at a car, we left with so much more than just a car. We had plans to just look at a few options, but All In Auto made the buying process so easy. They weren't pushy and had answers to all the questions we had. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

terrible place to buy a car from. All they do is lie to people and make you waste your money. They set their miles back on their cars and i can confirm this because my father was their mechanic. They bondo frames and they tape the lights on the dash board so you don’t see the check engine light. We have a car from there and everytime there’s something wrong with the car it’s an issue. Terrible service and just a bunch of scammers!!!!!

Caveat Emptor - Update: it hasn’t been 6 months since I purchased my 2011 Jeep Liberty Renegade. I drove 5 hours to buy this vehicle due to it resembling a 2010 release that I loved driving but was taken from me in an accident several years ago. I still have not received the $100.00 they promised would cover the cost of a circuit board they swore was the only reason why the hvac wouldn’t change the air flow direction from the defrost to the dash vents or floor vents. Turns out that the actual repair is to the hvac core unit costing an estimated $2200.00. (I have yet to get that repaired as the air flow is still adequate and I had to spend my funds elsewhere.) I found that out while getting the Jeep safety inspected and having to pay $1084.00 to get the tie rods and ball joints replaced in order to pass. This gave me the unique opportunity to experience their customer service when they hung up on me when informing them of the cost to pass the safety inspection. Lesson learned. Fast forward to 3 months when part of the skid plate protecting the gas tank fell off due to excessive rust. While getting that repaired, it was found the rack and pinion needed to be replaced setting me back around $3k and finding out the axle caps will need to be replaced due to their rusted nature. Still not sure on what the estimated repair on that will be. Now the radio is no longer playing when I turn it on. I’m posting this so others may avoid my current situation of trying to make lemonade on a vehicle purchased with a limited implied warranty. As I said in my original review, buyer beware.

I walked into All in Auto for the first time and was fairly impressed. A clean store, a professional staff, and a guy who i now consider a friend Shawn, took care of me and my family., I am extremely happy with my purchase and will now refer more people their way. A trustful dealership and a seamless transaction. Shop here and support a family owned business! Far from the typical car salesmen reputation, they are the best in the business. 10 stars

Simple process, Oscar allowed us to test drive a couple cars, and was willing to let us test more, had we wanted. They got cars for different budgets which is a plus if you haven't made up your mind on what you want. Good service, they allowed us to take time making our decision.

Bunch of scammers!!! Do not buy a car from here. They change miles on the odometer, they bondo frames together. I bought a car and bought the warranty with it and every time my car breaks they tell me that the warranty doesn't cover it (engine problem) but the fixed my air conditioning for the deductible. Lol bunch of jokes there!!! And they hung up on us. So this is what happens I guess.
