As a business owner, I ordered some Ihealth Covid test for our employees. Ordering was easy. Due to shipping damage, the original delivery date was missed. I talked w/ Jackie Tulini in customer service. She was fantastic in letting me know when the next delivery was coming and assuring me that we would get the tests by the end of the week. She even took it upon herself to expedite the shipping. Very positive experience. Will use again.
