My windshield was smashed and was not drivable. I called an express and was told the driver would be there in about 15 minutes. Well 10 minutes later he was here and towed my car to the repair shop which was a pretty good distance away. He was friendly and very helpful. We were very shocked because drivers are usually curt on the verge of rude. Thank you an express. You are amazing.

It's nerve racking when your car breaks down. However Blake from A Express was very quick to the rescue. His knowledge of the area also saved me time. A Express has been added to my contact list for sure.

A++++ Towing Service. I was picking up my daughter from Roslyn school pick up and a school bus taking up a good part of the road going the other direction, I pulled slightly over and my car slowly slide right off into a grass culvert with absolutely no ability to get out nor was I going to try. Not ideal conditions, icy and heavy snow had just arrived so I had to make what seemed like an emergency call into A-Express Towing & Recovery. What can I say. I placed a call at 2:49pm, talked with a customer service professional who was extremely patient as I was getting myself and my daughter into a friendly strangers car picking up her 3rd grader to drop us off at our home close by (3 minutes away). I dropped my daughter off at home, my wife arrived from another school pick up with our son and with our Wrangler 4x4 and so I was back over to see how we were going to save my wife’s car. At apx. 3:09pm- roads getting worse, A-Express Towing & Recovery showed up, lights on ready to rock and roll. The driver was very calculated and looked at the car for several minutes before making any decisions. At first he wanted to get it out via its side but after tightening the straps and pulling it with the wench the tow truck was sliding so he stopped and took everything off. He turned the truck completely around and got complete control from the back side and safely removed our vehicle. The driver was extremely careful and extremely patient and slid the car right out as if he had done it this way a million other times but I know this was probably the 1st time he has seen a vehicle stuck this way. Anyway if your looking for speedy, true professionals that know their craft, drivers that know what they’re doing but also seem to care as if they’re saving their own vehicle from trouble this is the service to call. Thanks again to the dispatch and driver for your service, won’t hesitate to use your team of professionals again.

My daughters car died in a busy intersection (Ela, Lake Cook Rds) during rush hour. The response from A-Express was quick and much appreciated at a difficult time. Blake was in phone contact with us quickly with an arrival ETA. He was polite and professional. He had us loaded on the truck in a short period of time. The rate was good and very fair. These people are great work with ! From the time you place your call to the driver calling you when he is in route . Also there knowledge of your car how to take care of it . The top reason I am leaving this negative review is because the man who took my debit card to pay for services, took his thumb nail as hard as he could to my debit card chip in an attempt for me to not be able to pay that day, by not being able to use the card at an atm, and accumulate extra storage charges. They only accept cash. Do not hand over your card. They are rough like the system. Be blessed, enjoy your life here, manifest all the good things, try and stay away from this place.

My car died in a busy intersection on a very cold night (5 degrees), the policeman called A Express Towing for me. Bill, the tow truck driver showed up to help! Bill was so friendly and professional!
