We had Lily as our trainer for a 3 week program and she worked SO well with our blue heeler rescue dog! He is much calmer and knows so many commands. Can’t recommend enough! And the group training classes are fantastic practice.

Great organization with people that care for your dog like their own. They helped transform our dog's puppy enthusiasm and eagerness to please to an obedient and gentle dog that is great around dogs and other people.

Very sad about my experience. I have a new puppy I need care for 2 days a week. I spoke to John prior to getting my pup. He gave me pricing of $45 a day. I went in for a consult and also singed up for Puppy in training which I didn't even know was required for day care. I was ALL IN. I show up today to drop my pup to go to work and I'm informed it's $70 a day. When I begin questioning it I'm told I can take my Puppy home and they can refund me the $350 I've already paid. Me and my new love are clearly dollars. If calmly asking questions for clarification is grounds for this treatment is warrented, god forbid you ever need to ask tough questions!! The worst part is when i picked my pup up after work she yelled (while i have my 2 kids with me) "BYYYEEEEE HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN SOMEDAY"....... This comes after i was basically pushed out this morning. Who does that? I was so taken aback that anyone could be so passive aggressive and awful. They have no intention on talking through anything. I tried getting ahold of John and have no response. I could never walk through those doors again. It's terrifying how I was treated.

Gotta say the team here really knows what they are doing. The private lessons are mostly about training you on how to work with your furry friend. They have many group sessions as well as agility training. There is so much you can gain from coming here. Just after one session you can tell the trainers really care.

This facility and staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone who works here is very inviting and helpful. My Australian Shepard completed her training here with Asia and she did an amazing job working with my dog and I. She was very responsive and always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend!

My dog, Harley, participated in the Puppy Enrichment and Socialization programs. I really enjoyed the service as the team provided a report card during each visit with pictures of Harley having fun during her class and playing with other puppies her age. Harley absolutely loves Erin, the puppy trainer. Every time she sees her, she lights up in excitement. I'm looking forward to expanding Harley's training to basic obedience in the future.

Mark have a great class tonight on reactive dogs. It's all about the handler. Great reminder. I glad we're working with our dog here!

We put our dog through the 3 week program here and she is much more well-behaved. We previously had problems with her pulling on the leash and being reactive while on walks but now she listens to us, even with distractions. She's been so good that she will follow us off leash with no issues! We now try to take her to group classes to help maintain her new skills.

The best dog experience around for boarding and day care. 2 locations in Palatine. Superb cast of employees who are all knowledgeable, friendly, competent , conscientious, courteous and best of all they all love dogs. They always put the dogs best interest first. The kennel and play yards are always clean and fresh. I take my dog to daycare 4 days a week. My dog looks forward to going as we go up the street to the building (a house converted into a daycare center and boarding) she's crying (a happy excited cry). The location on NW Hwy is the kennel and daycare center. The Wood street location is primarily used for instruction and training. Highly recommended. If you want the best for your dog this is it!

They tell people to use shock collars! This is abusive to dogs! This doesn’t correct any behavior it only worsens behavior. Shame on the trainer here who told ppl to use a shock collar!
