I'm getting really frustrated with this place!! When my doctor sends in my prescriptions, I don't get notified that they're ready. So, I call and ask. There's been so many times they've screwed up my medication having me wait up to 2 week's to get my meds that I take every single day! When I call and talk to someone, they say a prescription is too soon. So on that date I call to make sure it's being filled. They will say " there's no refills". How in the hell can there be no refills when it's a new prescription with 2 refills. Last week I called for a refill on another script and of course today they have nothing there and are just NOW sending a request. One person tells me one thing than another tells me different. I'm getting sick and tired of them screwing up my medications. I'm to the point of filing a complaint with the BBB. There's no excuse for them screwing things up and having the patient/customers to suffer from their mistakes! And of course, there's nothing they can do!

My prescriptions are always ready on time. Even during the covid pandemic this pharmacy was able to get me prescriptions within an hour

5 car's sitting in the drive thru not getting helped. It takes 20-25 min per car to even be helped! Since it was busy in the drive thru I went inside. There's 4 people in line. I asked how long they've been waiting. The woman said she's been standing there for a half hour and still hasn't been helped. And she's the first in line!!. The workers are ignorant and just let people stand there waiting until THEY want to help a customer. If you ask to get your prescription in an hour or even a few hours. They say " there's 200 prescriptions ahead of you and don't know when they'll get to it". I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. This has been going on for months. And the workers have the audacity to give you an attitude when you want to be helped. They claim they don't have the prescriptions while my doctor put the scripts in her computer right in front of me!! I had a trip I had to fly to and needed my meds that day. Was told I'd be able to pick up in a hour. I get there and there's one ready that I didn't need refills on. And the other's they didn't acknowledge. Until I said something. I got an attitude from the woman running the drive thru. If they hate working with customers they should quit!! Not take it out on the customers that want their medications.Start searching for a new pharmacy. Because it's only getting worse.

Every time I use this Pharmacy they messed something up with the insurance or I keep trying to call them and keep calling for over 2 hours and get no answer

The *pharmacy manager* is a bit unprofessional and condescending. Half the staff seems untrained and I mean I don't blame them, because the management is terrible. Poor communication to customers as well.

First of all: I have never complained online about anything before, so this is a big deal to me.The first pharmacy staff member I spoke to was very kind and let me know that i would be waiting an additional fifteen minutes for my prescription to be filled, and she said she was going to make my prescription priority. Very sweet woman.After twenty minutes, I returned to the empty drive through, and spoke with a brunette (different from the first woman I spoke with). The brunette was very quick, “Be right with you,” and hung up. I understand if they need a couple moments, so no complaint there. Another car drove up and went to the other terminal, and they were promptly helped.I hit the call button a second time, thinking she might have just forgotten. The staff member picked up the phone immediately and sourly said, “I said I’ll be right with you,” and hung up on me. THAT made me angry. I had been waiting for over a half hour with my two year old in the car for my prescription with no complaints (even though I had been told my prescription would be ready by noon today when i called it in yesterday and it was now after 2pm), and this woman treated me like I was not important trash.She continued to help the other car for a bit longer, and when she did finally get to me, she was very quick and rude. I didn’t get her name, but I’m not the only one who has complained about her customer service skills and this isn’t my first time dealing with her attitude.She’s terribly rude and probably shouldn’t be working with the public.

Self checkout all the way or pick up only. Hate dealing with some cashiers either they dont know what they are doing or they dont like their job. Either way makes the trips every time frustrating.

Absolutely worst tire experience ever, will never stepping near this crap hole again. 2 days and several arguments with management over the mounting and balancing four tires I purchased from Walmart I carried the rims in and the tires were purchased at a nearby Walmart because the store did not have them available. They could not mount them due to a shortage and staff was the first excuse several hours later it was They were not in a rush because I told them it would be best to pick up next morning which wasn't true After four visits to the store five hours later at closing time it was that they could not get them to balance because the sticky weights would not stick we told them to use clip on weights they argued that that wasn't possible although the rims had clip on weights when we carried them in finally the next morning after argument with management it gets completed at 11 o'clock the next morning for tires which we carried him with no vehicle I was double charged for mounting after purchasing tires from Walmart includes free mounting. I was told that they been having problems with the all the staff in the tire center and that they weren't trained correctly, all in all pay a little bit more and go to a namebrand place to have your tires mounted in this instance it's true you get what you pay for

It's Walmart but it's slot better than the Walmart from Joliet and other areas as far as riff raff lurking around. Employees here seem to have a better work ethic at least from what I have seen

Stick to posted hours, please. Today we arrived at 1pm and pharmacy was closed. We did our other shopping and came back at 1:34pm to find it still closed. Posted sign says "Closed for lunch 1:30pm to 2pm". Grrr. Wasted trip!!!
