New manager/owner. Awful service. Didn’t even know how to get to his email to print label. Then claimed paper was out, then charged $10 for one label print!! Go to other shipping facility, this place used to be great and is no long the case, very disappointing

Every time I have been here, the workers have always been friendly and quick to scan my packages and give me a receipt. The gentleman that are there most of the times that I have dropped off packages make it very convenient.

I went in today and had quite a few items. I walk in and at least got a hello. Go to return my items at the counter. Told the girl behind the counter what I had and that I had a couple QR codes for my returns not realizing it was the same code. That was my fault and an honest mistake but she was evidently annoyed by this. She seemed irritated that I was even there to begin with. At least be more welcoming or smile. I am not sure how customer service doesn't matter anymore. Why keep these kind of people employed? Unfortunately, this is the only store nearby for me to go to. Hopefully, management kicks some of their staff out. Other people need jobs and can probably do much better than the service I received today.

Made an appointment for a notary at 1000. Got in there and was told the notary doesn't even come in until 1030. If this was the case, I could have easily gone somewhere else. I needed this document by that time for a reason. Now I will be driving to Virginia because UPS can't get their stuff together.

I don't know what happened to this business. I always had a guy that owned it wait on me. He went out of his way to explain,and help in anyway he could.I haven't returned anything for quite awhile. But I'm getting married and have had a couple things I needed to return. Last week I go in and a tall dark haired girl waits on me and I've never felt so disrespected. She acted like I interrupted her and I paid with her rudeness. As normal I walked away thinking.... everyone has a bad day. Today I go back and same girl approached the counter. (Mercedes)My husband hands her a couple returns unboxed. I read the directions and it said take to UPSand it doesn't need to be packaged. I figured okay for whatever reason the company doesn't want it packaged by me. So this Mercedes says you gotta package this (rude) I explained I have no idea why but it says specific don't package it. She says" buy one" . No explanation,just " buy one" It wasn't the fact I had to buy a package it was her attitude. If she doesn't care for the work she does she really should find a different line of work.

this business used to be my favorite local shipping store. 7 months ago I had actually left a very positive review of this small business. I don’t know what has changed since then and now, but I have since deleted that review, and here we are. I run a small thrifting business online and so when orders come in after 4:30pm, I turn to (and count on) local shipping stores like this one to get those last minutes item out. on FOUR SEPARATE occasions within the last two months, I’ve pulled up to this store PRIOR to 6:30 pm with packages in hand only to find that they’ve already closed up. this evening I was told by their employee that she’d already shut down the computers so this makes for number FIVE. five times that I’ve depended on a business to be open when they say they will be only to find that they are not. so now I’ve just lost two sales because I failed to mail them when I promised that I would. I will admit that sometimes I’m a procrastinator and I do tend to wait til the last minute to get errands done, but that being said, when a business lists their store hours online - they should honor those hours. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life. I understand that when you’re having a slow day/evening, you might close up shop early and few minutes early now and then. this happens ALL THE TIME and at this point (it’s always the same girl with dark hair), I’m just completely fed up with it. this shipping store should just go ahead and change their store hours to CLOSE @ 6:00. I would like to add that I’m not a “Karen”. I don’t take pleasure in bad mouthing businesses. you can check my profile and read my review history and you won’t find a SINGLE BAD review for any other establishment. not coming here anymore.

I have a prepaid label that I could not print at home. I am shipping for my corporate office and they couldn’t charge the account. They charge $2.15 for one piece of black and white paper for a shipping label. Absolutely insane!! I am driving to the library to only pay $.25 for the label that is already prepaid to be able to send to my corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous. They sent me away laughing.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced, and it was the owners or should I say the owners man boy son who waited on me. I recently heard they lost this location and there’s now new owners. For the folks in Ottawa I can only hope that’s true. I told another ups store about the terrible service at the Ottawa ups store and they said it now has new owners, as these are apparently franchises. Sadly though when I complained to upper management who oversees these store I never got a call back. But I’m happy to hear there’s new owners now.
