As a retired college athlete, I have bounced around with different workout programs for the past 6 years. It was extremely difficult to motivate myself with at home workout programs and I missed being on a “team”. Joining LBS has been the best decision! Jeannie’s workouts are exactly what I needed and I love getting to workout with others again. I have also struggled with knee pain during my basketball career/after college. Every program I’ve tried, I’ve always found myself having to modify/accommodate for my knee. Jeannie’s program has eliminated that for me, as I’ve gotten stronger and she is there to make sure you’re doing each move correctly. I highly recommend you give LBS a try if you’re looking to get your booty in shape and become the strongest you’ve ever been! ???

Love love love this gym! Jeannie the owner/instructor is amazing! She really helps you push yourself to do better! I love the option for early morning (5:15am) class with my work schedule. I usually start something and slowly get uninterested but not this, I just really look forward to the great workout!

I started at Limitless Body Sculpting in December of 2016 with the hopes of losing weight. What I got was a whole lot more. At age 57 I am in the best shape and stronger than I have been my entire life thanks to Jeannie Atkinson. She is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with.

Can’t say enough good things about Jeannie and LBS! It’s a fantastic and fast full body workout. It has done so much for me physically and mentally! The atmosphere is friendly and supportive and Jeannie is an amazing instructor and motivator! If your thinking about trying it, do it! I have been attending LBS for a little over two months and have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a gym before. Jeannie is truly the best! She consistently pushes you to your fullest potential, but also makes sure you are working safely. Jeannie makes you feel comfortable not only in your environment, but also with the routine and moves in each class. With Jeannie’s kettlebell routines and nutrition tips, I have lost 20 pounds and multiple inches on my waist since joining. I searched for a long time to find a gym that offers classes that work with my work and life schedule and LBS has a wide variety of class times. I don’t see myself ever leaving Limitless Body Sculpting and Jeannie!

Love it! This place takes away all your excuses for not working out! It’s a no fail workout for any woman any age and in any shape! So many class times to choose from it can fit any schedule. Work late go to morning class. Work early go to a night class. Go on Saturday if you have weekends off. You are only there for an hour and it flies by! Highly recommend and beware highly addictive

I love LBS! After hip and foot surgery I was limited in the types of exercise I could do, and felt my strength was deteriorating quickly. I was nervous to start, knowing that I would have certain limitations and worried that I couldn't do it. But after just a few weeks I was hooked, I am so happy with the results I have gotten since February. I've gained so much strength and endurance. Jeannie is so motivating and pushes us in every class. It is the highlight of my day and I will do almost anything not to miss! LBS is the best workout I have ever done!!

I love this class!! Jeannie is amazing and makes you feel you have it in you to succeed. It is HARD WORK but it pays off. I started LBS to build bone density and strength. In the process, I've experienced some positive results and feel so much better. After years of poor body mechanics in my nursing career, I have back, neck and knee issues and Jeannie made modifications for me when I first started. There are so many success stories in LBS. This is one of those exercise classes I just hate to miss! I find myself scheduling things around class. LBS is the best exercise class I've ever done!
