We stopped on way across country to have them check a possible issue with our truck, they were super helpful and friendly and got us back on the road quickly! These guys are awesome!!

Went to JR for tire service. Price was mid, they changed the wrong tire and that tire ended up blown out on the highway doing 70. (Was a pothole not them) But it could have been worse because the bald spot on the tire I did want replaced never got replaced until I pointed it out to them. They are also very weirded out by cameras... I keep dash cams and webcams to make TikTok videos while driving and they were weirded out by the cameras and had to ask me if I am recording them.
I figured out that it is far cheaper to just buy the Walmart tire instead of replacing used tires.

This is the best auto repair shop in ottawa by far. They do exceptional with towing and also with their work. I've had them tow my vehicle twice and this time they fixed my brakes. Very fast and friendly highly recommend them to anyone needing work done or needing a tow

Jeff is a crook a thief I brought my semi into his shop complaining of a power issue he kept mt truck over a week charged me over 4000$ and still did not fix the issue I brought my semi back to his shop for another two days to get the power issue fixed he charged me another 1000$ and again truck was not fixed and it started leaking antifreeze i told Jeff about the antifreeze leak he said to bring my truck back to his shop yet again well I wised up and took my truck to another shop they fixed the antifreeze leak and found the power issue in less than 30 minutes I loss over a week of pay messing around with this shop Jeff will claim to be an honest business man that he is trying to help you but he is a crook a thief and should be put in jail for stealing from an owner operator I have a family to feed we have not been working many days so my checks were low and Jeff was aware of this and he took advantage of a consumer I hope he never gets another customer business people line this should be put out of business for stealing

I have been using JR for towing and vehicle repair for a few years now. Their pricing is great and they're honest. Obviously, that is a very rare set of virtues for repair shops. I always recommend them when a tenant, friend, or family member needs something and they've always been happy as well. I've had several instances where I thought I was going to have a huge bill because of a big problem & it turned out to be something small and cost next to nothing. I can't recommend them highly enough & I will always use them when I need a tow or vehicle repair.

AAA sent this company to me and everything was very smooth. Done within seconds and even had a information on a business to have me a new key fob cut and programmed within an hour. For a lot less than the dealership. All around great experience.

This place is great. I feel bad for the person who answers the phone and has to deal with the customer's who had their car towed, and are rude to the company. We have to remember they're just doing their jobs. I was that customer today, I woke up got ready for the morning was having a good morning and than my car was gone, was towed By JR due to a contract. I didn't have a sticker on my car for my apartment complex but I never received one either. 3rd parties fault. So they came in and did their job. I did apologize multiple times for my mouth and how I acted. Just sucked waking up and your cars gone. Other than that this place is great, definitely check out other services they offer. It's not just a towing company, and its a beautiful place to walk into. So moral of my review, remember the guys are just doing their job when you get your car towed. There is a reason!! It's not like towing companies go around towing random cars. Make sure to have a parking sticker on your car if needed or your paying a $150 fine. So again I personally apologize on my review to you JR.
