Absolutely horrible people running this disgrace of a company. Quoted price will not be the price you pay. Run by a bunch of criminals that for some reason feel entitled to basically steal from the people that share the community with them. Avoid these people at all costs. Mrs Maye should be ashamed of the son she created.

I own a trucking company in Las Vegas. 2 trucks, 2 trailers. My truck wouldn't start. I was at a Loves just south of Rockford, IL. I needed a jump. I called them and told them that, assuming they would send out a repair truck. They sent out this giant flashy tow truck that ended up costing me $946 for a 2 min jump! Outrageous! It never entered my my that they would use a canon to swat a fly. Take the bypass on these scammers.

Horrible service! I called at 915 pm with my car needing to be towed because the alternator crapped out. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and was already stressed out. I asked for a tow and the lady on the phone told me that all the drivers were home for the night. Why does the website say 24/7 towing then! Horrible service! I called clifford towing and they did an excellent job!!! Call cliffords towing instead!

They lie the receptionist told me she can repair my truck on site when they got there they couldn't repair it and they charge me $700 for nothing when I could've just had it towed

They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were professional. They charged me about twice what they quoted me, though. I could have gotten a company from much farther away for far cheaper. Highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you hate money.Service: Local hauling

I wish I read the reviews before I called these rip off artists. i was contemplating throwing some regular road service business to them but they showed me on the first call that would not only be a poor decision but also very expensive one. All they did was help my driver get the lift gate raised and chained up a total of 20 minutes and I understand there is travel time, but to charge us over $1000.00 is pure and simply a rip off and highway robbery. Their competitor who I use normally would not have been over $300.00. If I was able to give negative stars, I would.

Scammers. They pulled the bait and switch when I asked for a quote. The initial quote was $195. Then when we approached my house they called to say it'll be over $800 because it's actually $195/hour and they are billing me for 4 hours. Complete bs. They never said they billed hourly and the initial quote was just $195. And it definitely didn't take a total of 4 hours. Maybe 2.5 hrs total and that's rounding up.

Called at 11:02 on a Tuesday , needed a tow , stuck on expressway, told driver I was with a three year old. Was assured they would be out ASAP ! At 12:30 called again and was told that they were stuck in traffic but were 15 minutes away . Waited and waited with a 3 year old ! Called again and was told the driver would call , waited and waited ! At 3:15 driver finally called and said he was 30-40 minutes away !!! I now had a crying wet ( cause he peed himself) 3 year old ! Finally after 4 hours a truck came , driver said he wasn't even called til 2:30 ( that's 3 1/2 hours after I called ). The person acted like I was the problem! Worst part was when the tow truck came I went in back with my car seat and they had no working seat belts ! SoI had to make the choice of getting in car or being left on the side of the road !!!! I called to speak to a manager or owner and was never called back !
