I popped my tire downtown and locals immediately told me to take it to Jim Boe. I arrived around 12pm during the mechanics lunch break. They told me they could fix things and have everything ready by 1:45pm. They called me 1:17pm. Phenomenal service. Saved me from a ton of inconveniences.

This place is a blast from the past, and I mean that in a good way. The lobby is something of a museum of items and artifacts related to automobile travel and middle America, lovingly tended and right there for you to see up close. Even the aroma of the place is old school auto shop. Super nice lady handling customer service. But did they fix your car?, you ask. No, I was just walking by, but I'd for sure give them a try if I lived in the area.

I get my truck aligned here once a year and Jake does a great job every time. He let's me know if my truck is in need of any front end suspension repairs before doing the alignment, as well as letting me know about any other issues he sees. He's quick and professional. The price for the alignment is also a good deal.

Completely Unsatisfied. Lack of professionalism, they're not honest, and you are always calling them because they don't call you to let you know what is going on with your car. I'm going to picking up my car today and take it somewhere else because they haven't had time to do about a hour's worth of work it needs. It's been there for over a week!
