I don't understand what is going on with CVS. I cant rely on them....this is not the first time I have had an issue with them. I tried to refill my prescription last Wednesday and they had to contact my doctor to get permission to fill. They didn't even contact me about it until Sunday and it is now Wednesday and I am out of my prescription. Its still not filled. I just called CVS and the prescription was denied, but they NEVER let me know. Luckily my Dr. office is calling it in for me. But the best part - my Dr. office says that CVS never called them, they just decided to deny for no reason or pure laziness. Do better CVS!!! Stop sucking....don't go out of your way to be as bad as Walgreens.

We needed clove oil for a tooth ache no one had it not even Walmart , CVS had it and they have a lot of things that nobody has . That's why I would highly recommend this store

My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. When I get to the counter, I am quickly waited on. Every time! So appreciate this!

The staff are unhappy and very unhelpful. I would recommend going to the competition just a few blocks down, where they are nice and happy to help.

CVS biggest problem is there lack of initiative. Everytime there's a pre authorization or the prescription is not 100% accurate. They don't think to call me ,the insurance,or the doctor. So when it's time to fill. You get to run around trying to fix it. That's what I miss about the little mom and pop pharmacies. They would at the very least call you and say. So literally all the CVS and Walgreens are capable of is filling your medicine. Just feels wrong. You guys hold are healthy and well being in your hands. And you can't even do a courtesy call. I don't blame the pharmacist. This is you corporate America. Do as little as possible to protect your bottom line.

I came to the Cvs pharmacy for medication and Ashley was absolutely amazing! She helped reduce the price of my medication with a discount and that was so helpful!! She went out of her way to do something extra for her customer, and she was fabulous! Has an awesome personality, very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable! I would 100% recommend this Cvs!

Some of us come on our lunch breaks and to close the window when we are already in line is messed up seriously we understand they need lunch too but to close down right in our faces is messed up disrespectful and rude and the staff could be more friendly Steve is awesome tho

The pharmacists were absolutely fantastic! They listened to my concerns and worked with me to address them. They were super understanding and even got me the prescription faster than the app predicted!
