Traveled an hour last Saturday to view a car on the lot, test drive it, and ultimately purchase it. There were some things not up to par on the vehicle, while the sales team were professional, they did not want to move on the price of the vehicle accordingly. I was prepared to pay for the vehicle in full with cash that day. Waste of time and gas. Currently shopping elsewhere.

Update: The new manager Pat has reached out and apologized. They are working on fixing there issue. Signs of good new manager is someone that does not take sides and put the work in to explore the full situation. I was impressed with his action and what he had to say. Thank youExtremely rude. Very judgmental. Very unprofessional. Never judge a book by the cover.

My vehicle was diagnosed without looking at it. Was diagnosed wrong. 2nd visit, kept car for 2 days before calling and telling me part was on backorder. Never called to tell me my part was in. Took back in for a 3rd time, and my cruise and auto start was not working after they finished. Took back in a FOURTH time. Brought my car back to my house with parts laying in my passenger side seat. Drove it all the way to naplate that way. I'll NEVER go to this place again.

Not impressed. Heard very good things about this dealer. I scheduled an appointment last week to come in and look at trucks. On the phone I was told that at the ford store there will be a few trucks for me to look at. Big disappointment. After driving an hour to meet with you guys. The person who was supposed to meet with us, was not even there. We got placed with another salesman that was there at the time. After chatting with him, I found out that there was 1 truck available.the truck they was nothing like I had told them I was looking for. Very disappointed. Wasted my gas and time.

The salesman Todd was incredibly rude and possibly ageist. Right out of the gate he questioned why we travelled to look at a car without calling first. (They had the car and even if they didn’t we wouldn’t have gotten upset because we knew the risk) He knew nothing about my financial situation, just by looking at me he told me I needed a co-signer to get a car. Then proceeded to tell me he “could” let me test drive the car or run the application first to see if I even qualify for the car. He was arrogant and made it seem like we were a waste of his time and I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Best selection of GM trucks in the area. (I did my research) Turns out the customer service was great as well. Have recommended to multiple friends and coworkers.

Edit: Spoke to GM customer service and actually had a really good response. Received a call from Phil and was very helpful and I believe everything has now been sorted. Thanks.Just WOW.I’ve been going here for a few years now, always seemed friendly. They did usually take an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation not bad for the size of the place. Previously left a 5* review a few years back because my experience was good.Went in to get my oil change for an appointment at 12:00 which I booked online. I get there and they tell me everyone is on lunch they will get to it when they are back, Fair enough everyone needs a lunch. Why they let me book a time when no one is available is strange.I received a letter last year about a special coverage for people who have had their pistons replaced due to oil consumption says the only requirement for replacing the catalytic converter under this special coverage is having had your pistons replaced due to oil consumption which I had done already ( letter states no malfunction (engine) light or codes required etc).Service advisor was having none of it. Literally telling me what the bulletin said was incorrect and the converter needed to be dead or have engine light on for it to be replaced under coverage. Wouldn’t even bother reading the letter. Pretty sure I was just an inconvenience as from the get go she was hostile. I was literally just pointing out what the official bulletin in front of me said.Took them almost 2.5hrs to do just an oil change no tire rotation, had people come in an hour after me come in for the same thing and leave before me felt almost like I was being punished. I had an appointment and I was not a walk in.Bulletin was N192287100 for whoever wants to look over it.

I washed my key fob for my new truck. I called the service department and explained my predicament. The women I spoke with said it would be $150 for a new fob which needed to be ordered and they would call me when it came in to set an apt to program it to my car. It came in, apt set for this morning. Imagine my surprise when I was told the cost was over $300. I was not quoted this total price initally or at the time the apointment was set. As far as I had been told and understood It was $150. AT NO TIME WAS I told that it would be an additional $150 to program (which is a total rip off for aprox an hour) I had already invested the travel time to Ottawa today and the wait time, so paid it as I needed the fob. This is a big quoting error by the service department that can cause financial harm on the customer, especially in the present economy. This practice is shady, the customer should be quoted the entire cost. Will not be back.

I am not sure how to rate. Service tech and mechanic were supposed to get back to me on a problem with the trucks diesel regeneration frequency. I have. paid 2 x's for this when check engine light comes on. This last time was almost $400.00. This truck has 45,000 miles. Almost all highway miles. Service said they would look into it and I have not heard from them. I will say they seemed very concerned to get me an answer. My good rating is based on the facet I am expecting an answer from GMC or from Bill Walsh on this issue.A FOLLOW UP ON THIS REVIEW.My check engine light went on again. Took truck to Bill Walsh GMC inOttawa and I have to say they went above and beyond to fix my truck. K peck on wood the check engine light has not come on again. I don’t drive the truck except for long trips. Haven’t had a long trip yet but seems to be working well.May have been. DEF injector.

We recently went to this dealership to trade in our truck, for an SUV. We had shopped around a little bit, before finding the exact vehicle we were looking for, on their website. From start to finish, this was one of the best car buying experiences, we have ever had! And the other great experience, was when we purchased the truck, which we purchased a few years back, from Bill Walsh Ford in Ottawa. Jeremy Torres was our sales professional and he was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful and not pushy whatsoever! Even our finance person, Trevor Przybylski, was amazing! He made it very easy for us and the numbers were very fair and we left very happy! No haggling is how we like it! Would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!

UPDATE: Changing from 2 to 4 stars. They finally made a wrong right. Thank you!! Cannot complain about the outcome now. Will leave the original review for background and let others judge.ORIGINAL: Disappointed. Had check engine light intermittently coming on in the Tahoe we bought from Bill Walsh. Codes indicated it was the mass air flow sensor throwing codes multiple times under warranty. Twice we were told it was fixed. It was not. My wife was told the last time, since this was initially under warranty, that until fixed, it was warrantable repair. WRONG!. Brought it in last week and told since the mass air flow sensor was not yet replaced and we were now out of warranty, we had to pay. Why wasn't it previously replaced?? Because it was not convenient until we had to pay at 200+ miles over warranty? WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT IN UNDER WARRANTY IF I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN!! At best we were misled, at worst we were lied to. And, the dealer says it is Chevy's call if warrantable, Chevy when contacted said it is the dealer's call. Still waiting on a final decision.

Sold our car to Bill Walsh. We had a lifetime of the car warranty on car sold. We were told by several associates that they would be able to cash in on warranty even though we had offered to take care of this. No return calls...no follow ups...no nothing from Bill Walsh. I'm glad they got to line their pockets on our trade. Will absolutely never do business with them again!

06AUGUST22- I cannot say enough good things as a customer about Bill Walsh Body Shop - specifically because of shop mgr Angela Pifer and assistant mgr Stacy Wilson. *Very* knowledgeable, patient explaining things, kept me updated: they treated me like it was their car they were fixing from a fender-bender. And the results were fabulous! A real work of art - kudos to whoever fixed and painted my car! Freakin' Michelangelo would nod in total approval, lol!Anyway, thank you!
