On 9/20 I took my 2018 Lincoln into the Bill Walsh Service Center in Ottawa for an oil change and tire rotaton. I was greeted quickly and signed in. Greg informed me it would take an hour and twenty minutes to complete. I pulled into the service center about 12:45 for a 1 o'clock appointment and didn't leave til 3:30. Not once did anyone come and inform me as to what was taking so long (two other women were also waiting that came in for a 1 o'clock). I showed Greg wear spots in my leather seats (I only have 33,500 miles on this car and the leather shouldn't be wearing like it is in a spot I don't even set in) anyway Greg was going to talk to someone about this and let me know what could be done, I didn't hear a thing. When I went out to get into my car the settings on the dash were changed, no floor or seat protection was used and I have always been offered a wash and this time I was not and needed it.While setting in your waiting room I was reading a survey and I couldn't, wouldn't and didn't rate my visit very high..

$80 oil change and the washer fluid was never topped off left and the low washer light turned on later in the day despite not having to use any washer fluid. Checked and sure enough it's low despite my invoice stating the level was checked and OK. Other than that service was good and writer was a good guy. It's a little gripe, yes but it shouldn't happen especially it being checked off that the level was good on the paperwork when it clearly wasn't even checked. I would have even been fine with it marked on the RO that level was low and recommended customer to top off or would have gladly paid to have it topped off if notified it was low.

Scheduled appointment for oil change ONLY took more than 2 hours. Absolutely atrocious service. No updates. No discount. Nadda.Don’t bother bringing your car here for service.

The ford master tech Chad will steal from you anyway he can. He over charges you and "fixes" things that don't need to be fixed or even belong on your vehicle. The service manager and owner are very aware and yet do nothing. As long as he is making $$$$ off of you that's all he cares about. He also now has his own business Starved Rock Cigars so please BEWARE!! Here is your warning!!

I was in a desperate situation after the service department informed me that I needed a new engine. Robert Flerlage went above and beyond as a salesman to make the process as smooth as possible, meet my requests, and gave me support to adjust to the quick change into a new car. Thank you and with great appreciation to the Bill Walsh Ford-Kia dealership and all the staff that contributed to the process of addressing my car needs.

Traveled from Florida to Illinois and made an appointment for a basic oil change/tire rotation for my drive back to Florida. Two days later I left to travel back to Florida, I get a phone call from a family member that my vehicle left a large oil spill/stain on her driveway where my car was parked at her house before I left for my trip back home. Being a Sunday and 350 miles into my trip, I could only find a Walmart supercenter open. They checked my car....I lost 3 quarts of oil due to the oil filter not being installed properly from Bill Walsh. Very very poor service for a basic oil change!! First and last time I would take a car there. Could have been worse if I lost all 6 quarts of oil. Contacted service manager, spoke with him and sent him pictures and service that was performed by Walmart, no response back, called, left message with another service member, no response back.....going to keep pressing this, horrible customer service when they won't respond back....

My husband bought a F150 from Jared, at the Ottawa location. Jared was awesome!!! He made the whole process easy. We were in & out pretty quick, with a beautiful truck. Jared worked with us & we’re definitely going back!!!

BEWARE! Awful, shady dealer. I had a terrible experience. Ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4-6 weeks to confirm my interest in the car, only to be told that when they finally received the allocation they sold it to someone else. Never called me to let me know and didn't even apologize. BAD, BAD DEALER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Store is not wheelchair accessible, doors do not have a button to push to open any doors to get inside or outside. Bathroom has same issue. Very difficult for customers in a wheelchair

BEWARE! Awful, unethical dealer. I had a terrible experience. I ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4 weeks to confirm my interest in the car, and was repeatedly told "not to worry, no deposit and no paperwork is necessary, as soon as we get the allocation the car is yours." After approximately 6 months, when they finally received the allocation they decided to sell it to someone else because they were local and I was an out of market customer. They never called me to let me know and it wasn't until I called them once again to inquire about the status that they informed me what they had done. The worst thing is, they (Mark Buehl, Sales Manager) didn't even apologize after what happened and what they did to me. Completely wasted months of my time and I missed out on other, similar vehicles I would have purchased. I was so frustrated and mad, I could have screamed. BAD DEALER with UNETHCIAL staff. DO NOT do business here!

Waste of time. The advertising department is straight stupid. Friendly staff. The service department was great taking care of recalls and extra problems with do doing recall work for free. 1 star for advertising department 3.9 star service department. Would be 5 star but wouldn't estimate another problem I was curious what it would cost to fix. Not without charging me to do an estimate for the repair.

My recent experience at Bill Walsh Ford Service was exceptional. Jamie was able to get my vehicle in quickly, He was able to schedule in all of the work my Ford Fusion needed in one day. He was professional, courteous and patient with my urgent situation. I have been a service customer for several years and highly recommend them. Wayne was my shuttle driver in the morning. He went above and beyond with a smile and great conversation. Corbin graciously picked me up to retrieve my car and was very professional and friendly as well. This is a service department you can trust. I am so happy with the service and care I received. Keep up the good work ?

Beware of sketchy coincidences. Bought a car November 19th, did not really drive it due to the holidays and taking different vehicles. Unfortunately with my commute to work I went over the 500 mile warranty and on day 16 I got a check engine light that requires me to replace my catalytic converter and that my alternator is overcharging my battery. Was the vehicle manipulated to make it as long as possible without showing me the true issues? Or is it just terrible luck? Continuously got the top mechanics working on the car that just came in speech, just be careful what you buy Im not out probably $1,500 or more that I dont have.
