I have been looking for a new Prius XLE FWD with exterior color of Guardian Gray for over 8 months. I saw that Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa, IL had one in transit. Even though they are over an hour away I worked with Dave Brooker over the phone. They were charging a fair price and not adding any accessories so I put down a deposit. Before the vehicle arrived at their dealership my local dealership just received the exact Prius. I called Dave and explained my situation. He did not hesitate to return my deposit. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them I would highly recommend them for their fair pricing and excellent customer service.

I bought my new truck at Bill Walsh Toyota a couple months ago. My Sales Rep was Jake Elitzer. I found him to be very helpful, informative, and easy to work with. At no time was he overly pushy or inappropriately aggressive in our discussions during the sales process. Since I traded in a much older truck, I needed some help with a lot of the new features I wasn't familiar with. He was very thorough and patient in explaining these to me. I'm so glad I went ahead and purchased the truck that I did. I'm so loving my Toyota Tacoma..!!

Made the last 2 purchases through the Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa. Everyone from sales to service is awesome. Katie is great in service, Amanda in finance is very friendly and extremely helpful. Our last salesman, Jake, did an awesome job, was friendly and did an amazing job LISTENING to what we wanted and needed and did everything he could to get the deal done. Will definitely go back to this location again.

Amazing people. The most great dealership ever. I bought a brand new 2023 Venza, I am a service manager at different Toyota and still bought my car here. Mike Serno an excellent sales manager very straight forward, great communication between them all. Sales, manager and finance. Within 30 minutes I bought a vehicle and took it home. I had my cousin with me who says the quickest process ever. They have very unique digital tablet and they are willing to work with you. Thank you guys A+ with all my heart.

Drove for an 1.5 hours to look at a truck with a great price but in 3 accidents. Didn't buy on the spot since I was concerned and want to do some research Called salesman 20 minutes after I left since dealer was closed and told him we would talk in the am. Wanted to call in am but was working. No follow up Called dealer around noon since I though truck was sold and told it was not explained my situation and made appointment to drive back down next day. Suddenly got a text from salesman and told he would hold truck for me Text back my concerns. No response to my ? Told me someone interested do you want it or not. Replied not without an answer to my questions. Tells me no worries car sold after telling me he would hold it. Class act

The service department are top notch. Reliable, knowledgeable and fair. Also, a huge shout out to Sue who got me in on a Saturday with no appointment. My tire had a slow leak and I was traveling to Door County that week. I was out within 15 minutes and no charge!! I love my Toyota Dealership, and their service department rocks! Thank you all so much!!

The payment department (Lorraine) is AWFUL!! She does not know what she’s doing or saying half the time, and the other half she over charges and says it’s policy?? Please explain to me how it’s policy to charge a $25.00 late fee when we made the payment ON the due date?? We had to get a new debit card and that was communicated…the payment was still made on the due date! Not just that but there have been multiple times we were not charged properly and then double charged. Good thing we keep record of every conversation and payment. I even asked for a statement of our bill and was told “we don’t do that.” How do you not??Buyer beware!!!!

After researching for quite some time, I found Bill Walsh of Toyota had the Toyota RAV4 I was looking for. I had just had a bad experience with a different dealership a few weeks ago (pushy stereotypical sales rep, undervalued my vehicle, kept nagging me on my phone after I left their dealership). I was hopeful Bill Walsh would work out. I made an appointment with Bill Walsh and I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted outside of the dealership before meeting my sales rep Jim. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me all of the features of the RAV4 I was interested in. I never once got the feeling of someone just trying to make a sale. I am new to Toyota so he also brought me up to speed with the way Toyota goes about doing things. I was given a fair value for my vehicle. The trade/sale was very straight forward and everyone was helpful in making sure I understood everything (it's not my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership but you know how it can be sometimes). The vehicle was given a nice detail, wash, tire rotation, etc, before I left.Between the quality of service and the warm, friendly & helpful staff, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
