Should be a zero. Store Manager is a complete disappointment to the company. Don't quote policy to someone that is complete false and tell me you will do something this one time. On top of that you make another customer mad and they leave with very pronounced language. Sorry, but I have never been so mad at an experience as I was today. Before he got involved, the original female employee pulled the same thing with incorrect policy and worming her way through that conversation. He then corrected her to then do what I have described above. There was so much confusion in this 5 minute interaction that was uncalled for.

I'd give a zero if I could had the worse experience ever! So my wife's car broke down in ottawa live in Iowa which is 2 hours from here. She wanted to pay for the part over the phone which nick the manager said was fine but he would not let me pick up the part he said she would have to travel hours back to the store and show ID n card she used to pick up the part, we been buying parts from autozone for years and always pay over the phone and I pick up the part makes no sense and to be so rude! I just called 3 other autozones n they all said there's no problems with paying over the phone and I could pick up so why is this guy a trying to ruin my day n make things so hard that would of been another 4 hour drive just to get our part we bought

My husband and I walked into auto zone today needing spark plugs and carb cleaner and we had the pleasure of dealing with “ Jeff F” he was super patient with my husband due to the fact that he has a broken debit card he didn’t catch all the additional attitude for them having to manually put his info in. He also has a personality to be recognized as respectable while he was helping us. Thank you Jeff for making our visit quick, and loaded with smiles and laughs. I hope you don’t leave auto zone because we come here more often than we’d like to. You were wonderful today and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again.
