Made an appointment to get tires installed, showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early to find out they cancelled it for no apparent reason with zero notification. While waiting to get this all straightened out another lady was there to pick up her car and they put the tires she paid for on another person's car who left. 3 people had been there for hours and were asking for the keys back so they could get service elsewhere. 2 "mechanics" working who didn't have a clue what they were doing and the front of the house is just as clueless. Do NOT take your vehicle here! Note that most positive reviews are people from other countries.

Did not want to give me service as they said they closed at 6pm on Saturdays and clearly said on sign and online they close at 7pm they had no cars to service and turned me AWAY as they wanted to close early!!!!

I went and it said it was open till 7pm. I got their at 6pm and nobody answered and the auto center was close.

I will never use their auto service again. I got all 4 tires changed and later while I was driving my tire almost came off. I had to call a tow truck and was told I was missing 3 bolts. I have never had an issue like this with my car and of course the last time I got work done on my tires was with wal mart. I gave them a call and they completely treated this matter like it wasn’t important . I could have lost my life. I asked for a refund and the managers response was “why should you get a refund” !!!! Wow just wow. I’m currently waiting on the store manager to review the tapes to see if In fact they actually did forget to put my bolts back. But of course this is a process and they are really not caring at all until I have to take legal actions.

I will say the guy that went out to checky my truck was Tammy with the key in the door and seemed to be disrespecting the service manager. The tires did me well on my interstate travel home. 3 hour trip at 70and 80 on the interstate no issues.. now I do have a shake as I drive to town not sure if it's tire relatedService: Tires

This store provides lot of Auto care facilities, tires, spare parts etc. You can walk in with some pre research and you will get cost effective quality products. Every time I needed something like Tires, wiper blades, interior fixes etc, I found best pricing / offers beating Auto zone or other competitors.Staff here is helping however obviously busy, so you need to do some research/product study on Walmart website before walk in and get your shortlisting ready. Accordingly you can visit, get a feel and buy your required product. There store time is limited, usually closes by 6 pm or so in this Corona time. Call them to be more specific and get your own experience. Thanks.

I’ve never used Walmart auto center before but I got three new tires in December. Within 11 hours one had fully deflated. I took it back the next day and it was because the service pack was rotted and not changed. They also put the torque on the Lugnuts so high that it burns my tool just to try to put on the spare tire. Six weeks later today, another tire is flat. I bring it Back to this location and again it is the service pack. I had to argue to get them to do the third higher because they had just told me it is their policy to change them out and they don’t know why it wasn’t done when I got new tires put on. I had to really advocate for myself each step of the way and I shouldn’t have had to do that. Instead of just making the change because it was the right thing to do, I had to continuously argue my point to get the service that I paid for and didn’t get. They were nice people in the young lady behind the register was really nice but they wanna argue their own poor work instead of doing what’s right by the customer forest service they should’ve provided.
