I truly hate to write a one star review..... I'm currently sitting over an hour to pick up a grocery order.....many cars have come after me and have waited less than 10 minutes. We called and were told people that didn't pick up their orders the previous day have priority because they are ahead of us in the queue. So, we follow the rules, call and tell Walmart we are on the way, check in and give them the number of the stall we are at when arriving that means nothing? Hopefully corporate reads this.... There has to be a better way/system. FYI..... It has now been 1.5 hours....and still no groceries....... Did I perhaps enter an episode of the Twilight Zone.....? I checked with the gentlemen that bring the orders out and was told there are only two people working, my order hasn't been checked yet.....No idea when it will be ready.... To top if off, the bathrooms are closed!! Just Ducky!!! Total time 1 hour and 55 minutes..... we were shorted a bag of water softener salt....tried to call...hit zero for operator and never got one. Things that make you go hmmm... I raised the review to a two star, because my bride called Walmart and they refunded us for the missing bag of salt and issued a ten dollar credit got the inconvenience.

Worst customer service. OGP/ Walmart pick up is Horrible the team leads are very rude to their workers they treat the like sh!t when I look back at Walmart pick up all the workers where just standing around and not doing their jobs they also mess up my order and some of my stuff was missing and I heard that the have favoritism with some of the workers for example they treat some of their workers nice and the rest they yell at them and put them to work more hard I see it happen when I am picking up my orders the only reason why I am leaving a review is because Because I saw one of the managers or team leads. Scream at a worker for no reason at all I also heard that they fired a worker for NO REASON . I do recommend not ordering form Walmart pick up because they be very slow

worst Walmart ever placed a cake order in person one week ago and I went to pick it up today and they have no cake never again will I be ordering cakes from here then they call the manager and he says it's not his problem they didn't make the cake. Isn't somebody supposed to be supervising the bakery such unresponsible employees Walmart has. They have only one person working there. Don't order cakes here and if you do make sure they give you a receipt or something.

Walmart pick up is a big no no. You will wait a very long time for your groceries, even past the hour you are supposed to get it. Also, they will claim to not have things in stock that are in stock! They also will give you rotten food. Today I got chicken breast that smelled rotten through the bad. Sure enough they expired today. My bananas are very very green and in the past they always give you strawberries that are moldy. This Walmart just does not care what they give you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Walmart went downhill. They never have an associate in every department like they should because they stand around and not do work. The associate Ashley is rude and argued with her coworker which was a younger girl right in front of the customers. It was very unprofessional and when she answers the phone in customer service she sounds unprofessional. Hire better employees. I won't be back to this Walmart.

Walmart cancelled my online cake order and when I went in to place the order in person again, the only person who could take the order was at lunch. Terrible customer experience. Get your online system working correctly or always have trained back ups.

I do not live in the area, but my daughter has had school related activities at the local high schools the last four years. The store is clean and fairly well stocked. However this is the only Walmart that I have ever been stopped and detained. I do not use the self check out. At the end of 2022 I had a person at the door go through the receipt and literally transfer my bags from one cart to another. This lead to a missing bag, luckily was just a few items. When I called to ask about the bag, it went no where. Today I went in and on my way out was stopped. Once again I went through a cashier. The employee that stopped me at the exit looked through the receipt that totaled $332 stating she could not locate the viva paper towel purchase and the toilet paper. She then very loudly stated "Did you not scan these? Admit you did not scan. It will be easier to just tell me you were stealing. You are stealing." I looked at her and said, "No I did not scan the items, the cashier did." Then I proceeded to show her the items on the receipt. She very unprofessionally said "well it is a long receipt." I said "Yes, but we both know that you just accused me of trying to steal less than $20 of paper goods after spending over $300." The customers that were allowed to leave without being stopped included individuals with electronics and nonwere not of color as I am. I understand that certain items may trigger a receipt check, but it is not an excuse for basically profiling. Unacceptable and honestly sad. The shoppers and the employees in the store seemed diverse making this even worse. Keep you receipt handy I guess..

the Auto Care Has a SIGN that says NO WAITING get your oil changing now u go inside to ask get pricing and all and the prices of course is walmart are probably the most decent ones BUT THERE S ALWAYS A WAIT even for an oil change so do really go to a place that is specially 10 mins or just specially for oil change

I waited 20 minutes in the deli area , asked a cashier scouts they find the person who was suppose to be working there. Cashier paged the manger 3x when she finally came over she didn't acknowledge me or the other gentleman waiting. The manager looked at the station and then left. Another 10 minutes passed and no service. I tried calling the store manager while in the store someone picked up and hung up. I left as did the other customers waiting. I then called again a man answered the phone , I asked for a manager and they left me on hold for another 8 minutes. I hung up. Moral of the story this is why I use Target as much as possible and Amazon Fresh. Can't wait until Amazon and Target put Walmart out of business , it's time for them to go like Kmart. When you get so big you don't care about any resemblance of customer service, it's time for you to fail.

I usually avoid doing business with Walmart and now I remember why. Long story short I was relieved to find a number of items on their online grocery pickup that I couldn't find elsewhere. So I put in and order and scheduled a pickup for the next evening. Sounded easy, order online pick up the next day. About an hour before pickup I get an email saying about 7 of the 15 items I had ordered are "not in stock". I think this is just some scam to get you to order your groceries from them. They say they have all these items but cancel half your order at the last second. Now you can pick up what is left or get in the car and go to the grocery stores like you probably should have in the first place. What a crappy crappy crappy company. I am putting myself back onto the never walmart list.

Drove to the store to pick up a particular item that was supposed to be in stock when we arrived we're told that the item was not in stock asked if we could purchase the one that was on display and was told no we didn't ask to speak to Justin the manager who after 20 minutes did not show up to the department so we picked the three items that we had paid for them and as we were checking out it didn't seem like anybody was very happy with their job especially the front end manager who seemed to come up to check out somebody who is purchasing liquor in the cashier was not 21 thank this for shopping and that was it I don't think I'll be doing my business at this particular location going forward. Worst customer service I have ever had

They have permanently lost me as a customer! Their Automotive Care Center did not perform a service I brought my car in for. Once I realized the covered service was not done I reached out to corporate. What a joke. After 3 weeks and promises of calls from the Store Manager, Market Manager and Regional Manager I filed a BBB complaint. A person posing as with the Market Manager (but then claimed in the BBB response to be the store manager) called me. She reported inaccurate information back to the BBB to get the complaint closed. I am done. They do not care about their customers. I would much rather spend my money on a company with at least a little integrity.

Worse place to get a oil change... waited over 2 hours after they told me it would take about an hour and half... I don't Ming waiting but no communication at all or anything... maybe Walmart needs to hire more people to stay in the front desk of the auto parts area that is train to answer any questions! Never coming back!

I'm very annoyed that I get up at the crack of dawn at 7am when the auto department opens for an oil change I only had 2 people in front of me, but it took 30 minutes t get to me and then I'm told it will be an 1 1/2 hour wait because the guy in front of me was getting tires and there's only 1 tech. That's unacceptable. I got there purposely so I could avoid a long wait.
