Schedule ls my Covid booster appointment here. Plan on waiting for hours since they’re understaffed with 1 pharmacist that can administer the vaccine. Hire more people for the amount of people you service.

Unbelievable how corporate treats the pharmacy staff swamped with immunizations in addition to filling prescriptions. So bad employees quitting left and right and pharmacists only have untrained technicians to help. Simple flu shot took over an hours because website automatically schedules patients every 20 minutes no matter what the prescription volume is or lack of staff. Corporate wake up! Somebody is going to get the wrong medication or shot because of your stupidity and corporate greed

I went in to fill a script. They actually had to count out nothing. The medications are already pre done. Zpack and epi pins no counting necessary.They said 45min to 1hr. Umm ok.I update my phone number. The girl then reads it back. I respond NO and repeat the last 4. I go to pick it up. They say you’re not entering the correct number. Same girl. I said this is my phone number she responds it xxx1. I say no I corrected you earlier and told you xxx9. You entered it wrong. She respond with I don’t make mistakes and we are understaffed. Here’s an application. I said you need to fix my phone number she refused twice. Terrible customer service at this store. I’ll go anywhere but Walgreens from this day forward.

Prices are high but that's to be expected at Walgreens some things are the same price as Jewel-Osco like milk sometimes and it's a whole lot quicker to get in and out then the bigger stores plus evening staff that works there seems to be a whole lot nicer than the daytime people which makes it a bigger plus to go at night.

Absolutely amazing people all around, but especially the pharmacy! The professionalism was top knotch for getting the vaccine. Both doses, I had very very nice pharmacists. But when I got the 2nd dose I started feeling dizzy and fainty, when I got up and got a snack with water. Just a couple of minutes later I asked for help and the pharmacist stopped everything she was doing just to sit with me, and make sure I was okay. She was totally understanding and she completely distracted me from how I was feeling. By the time I had to leave I felt much better. So I just want to say, thank you and I really appreciate you guys for taking care of me ?

This pharmacy handles all of my prescriptions. The entire pharmacy personnel is incredibly nice and professional. Nicole, one of the techs, is super friendly and helpful.

This is my primary pharmacy! Staff is always so friendly & informative! Never had an issue picking up any of my medications when needed & if I have any questions they're very prompt & knowledgeable about when I'm picking up. On the in store perspective they're always running good deals for massive point returns & offers. Only downside I would say is if you ever buy something inside, the receipt print out is enough to kill three trees. Sign up for their rewards because if you are a regular at Walgreen's you can seriously save some money over time.

The Pharmacist Thomas W. was very helpful dealing with a doctor not wanting to refill my sister's prescription after getting her tonsils out when another pharmacy messed up her prescription. Even a day later he was pushing to get her pain medicine she needed. He was so helpful during such a painful time and he showed nothing but kindness.

Pharmacy mgr. Tom, lied to me about being a doctor to get my medical history because otherwise he would not give me the meds. This happened after he spoke to my doctor to confirm.
