Great customer service and helped me diagnosis a stye in my left eye. Melanie at the front was thorough and kind. Dr Menconi was a pleasure to work with as he triaged my eye and sent the prescription to pharmacy swiftly so I could start reducing the swelling before a big event on Saturday.
