I walked in and was immediately chastised by the gentleman with the salt and pepper hair and was talked down to numerous other times when I asked if I could add my number onto my wife's account. He then walked away from my wife and I when I asked for clarification on what he was explaining. Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have experienced with Verizon. I will be canceling my service with them immediately and switching providers. Absolutely ridiculous that they have someone like that working for them.

This staff is not trained with any knowledge of customer safication!! Very unsatisfied with the staff!! Rude and disrespectful management skills.. You can’t even pay the internet bill without the staff locking you out of your own account!!! So so disappointing 100% dissatisfied!!

I would like to put 0 star but it's not available!!! The worst customer service! They don't help you with anything!My husband bought 2 iPhones 15 pro max online, wen we got them on both phones it's showing SOS and phones issue! Of course we was at Virizon and the guy from store he didn't put anything in system he just reset SIM online then again both phones have same issue showing SOS. Again we was at store they send us at Apple store.Apple store said it's Verizon issue!Again we was at Verizon they just pun after 30 days on system that the phones have issues!They just sent us home and they just want us to give REFRUBRESHET Phones wicht is more cheap than New Phones!They just keep saying it's pass 30 days, but we was there less then 30 days!I explained 100 times issues but they IGNORED, tried to not Understand Us!If you have issues just give them phones right away!!

My husband went in today inquiring about an apple watch. The associate with the salt and pepper hair was extremely rude. I guess wanting to buy an apple watch is a hassle for them. No worries, we went to another location and purchased it. Will not be back or recommend this location.

terrible customer service. went in to look at upgrading 2 phones. guy had zero interest in helping me. looked at his little iPad he was walking around in, and rambled off some options. then told me my 2 iPhone 12s had zero trade in value because of the family plan we had. so I went to the other Verizon location on orchard and they were able to get me trade in credit and were very personable. stay away from the location on 34 in Oswego

I’ve been a loyal customer for 13 years, not much for rewards for being a customer that long they only give deals out to new customers. Employees representing Verizon at this location are pretty short on answers and what they can do. I am now no longer a customer switched and from the gate it’s a much better experience. Same service lower price new phone. Proud to be away from Verizon because they would only offer you new phone or upgrades that only drain your bank account.

The store is clean. The staff, not the friendliest. I asked for help in learning about a product was talked to so fast I asked if they could slow down, just so I could understand. They just looked at me like I had a second head. Not just that but walking in with my wife, I got stared down and you could feel how uncomfortable they felt that two women whom are married came into the store and I was the one speaking asking for help.Whomever owns this store, please give your staff a course on how to be kind to your clients. How to also be LGTBQ friendly. How to also conduct your store with respect to others. Its the little things that can make a huge impact and change to your store. Do better.

Left a review and they deleted it, got s h I t t y service and they didn’t allow me to add accessories after purchasing a 1500 dollar phone. Felt like a burden. I have been a Verizon user for 16 years and very temped to switch based on the customer service I received

We came in Sunday morning and Joe from the beginning was able to help get us a new phone and the issues we had our previous one. Joe was respectful and very knowledgeable to help us explain our concerns. Give Joe a raise!!

Dorian helped us with a trade in and answered all of our questions. He was so patient with us and made sure to get us everything we needed. Didn’t feel rushed and he was so kind. Definitely the best experience I had at this location. Thank you so much!

Decent location. Corporate store which is important. Staff were friendly. Josh got us in and out in a reasonable time.
