I would like to put 0 STAR but it's not available!!! The worst customer service! They don't help you with anything! My husband bought 2 iPhones 15 pro max online, wen we got them on both phones it's showing SOS and phones issue! Of course we was at Virizon and the guy from store he didn't put anything in system he just reset SIM online then again both phones have same issue showing SOS. Again we was at store they send us at Apple store. Apple store said it's Verizon issue! Again we was at Verizon they just pun after 30 days on system that the phones have issues! They just sent us home and they just want us to give REFRUBRESHET Phones wicht is more cheap than New Phones! They just keep saying it's pass 30 days, but we was there less then 30 days! I explained 100 times issues but they IGNORED, tried to not Understand Us! If you have issues just give them phones right away!!

My husband went in today inquiring about an apple watch. The associate with the salt and pepper hair was extremely rude. I guess wanting to buy an apple watch is a hassle for them. No worries, we went to another location and purchased it. Will not be back or recommend this location.

terrible customer service. went in to look at upgrading 2 phones. guy had zero interest in helping me. looked at his little iPad he was walking around in, and rambled off some options. then told me my 2 iPhone 12s had zero trade in value because of the family plan we had. so I went to the other Verizon location on orchard and they were able to get me trade in credit and were very personable. stay away from the location on 34 in Oswego

Honestly I felt like a burden after purchasing a 1500 dollar brand new 15 pro max. First was the shipping issues. The set up was smooth but I felt as if I was just a sale and a burden to their time. I have been a Verizon customer for close to 16 years and I’m very tempted to go elsewhere due to the staff at this location. The raspy voice dude was cool with me the whole time. He’s an actual employee who deserves to be valued more than he is, I watched him solve everyone’s problems while I was there, even came over to help me out while my representative walked away. Also they tried to charge me straight up for accessories when I know I can post them to my account. They stated “it wasn’t enough” I needed to “purchase more” I have 150 in accessories but it wouldn’t approve for some reason.

So far my experience has been nothing short of horrible! They are dishonest and have many technical issues transferring simple sim cards.

I went in to ask a simple question. I told the guy at that approached me the question and he told me I had to check in. I waited 30 minutes for a 15 second conversation. The rep that finally helped me even turned to the guy working the door and told him he should've handled that. Missing basic customer service here.

They don't know a thing about Verizon, the guy that helped my mom and sister today was lazy, he didn't want to help me. He saw that it was 6:00pm in which they close at 7:00pm and he seemed to get happy to leave rather than to help others. I would not recommend this location unless the workers are replaced with more intelligent people. I will not be purchasing form this location.

Terrible customer service, manager is rude and does not know Verizon policies and procedures. I purchased a new phone and determined that it did not work out of the box properly. The manager refused to take the phone back and replace it with another new one; he said we were on our own and had to send the new phone in to Verizon. This whole process was a mess. . . I was not treated with dignity and respect! Do not give this store your business, you will regret it if you do! Ultimately we had to go to Indiana to take the phone back and get Verizon corporate involved as the Oswego Verizon store kept some of our down payment and took our $700 trade in amount instead of putting it towards our new phone. Misinformation and lies are the guiding principles the manager of this store follows!

They suck don't know why they have people working if they don't know anything. Some guy named Omar shouldn't even be working there. He knows nothing. Told us he could help fix our problem but recommends we go to u brake I fix says oh they only need you phone for and hour or two. We get there and the guys say oh no I don't even know why they keep give out times if they don't know but we need your phone for at least four to five hours and by then you may have to leave it till the morning . Go back to Verizon talking to the store manager and he goes and hides like a little girl.

First trip to this store we got misinformed about the current promotions and missed the one we wanted. When we came back the security officer working there was very rude. Once one of the associates came out he said that only one of us was allowed to be in the store. We told him we were wanting to get on a new plan together and purchase new phones. He still had an issue with us both coming in, even though we would both be required to sign for a new account. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. We left and took our business to the Yorkville location where we were both allowed in the store and the people working there knows what customer service is.

Horrible staff. Even worse is their manager. I love Verizon as a company, but this store is horrible. They are rude, the manager does NOTHING, he loves to stand around and cross his arms at clients. Waved off my handicap husband like he was a child or something. I had an issue with this store about a year and a half ago, I decided to give them another chance with my next upgrade, and they still completely disappointed me. Rude. Rude. Rude. If we decide to keep Verizon after today, this store will not get our 6 lines of service anymore.
