The staff at this location are exceptional. On numerous occasions I've watched them expertly handle a long line, always thanking people for their patience, greeting new customers, and working as fast as they can. I'm in here a lot and I just appreciate how they make another annoying errand as pleasant as possible.

Worst UPS ever!!!I went there to return a package and they wanted to charge me a dollar for sealing the box meanwhile another lady’s box was just sealed without being charged. The tape wasn’t even up to three inches. Very unfriendly staff and unwilling to help.

Very sad experience and disappointing. Lack of good manners form customer service. Isabel was rude to previous customer when asked a question and the same she did with me. She would answers any question very rude and not politely. Coming from the same field and line of work I would recommend she learns the importance of how to attend to the customer needs and wants with respect. I can only hope this matter is addressed. Thank you!!

They told me over the phone that they could handle I-9 employment eligibility verification forms, so I came in earlier today to get mine notarized.The lady was so rude and unpleasant. I brought a sheet with instructions from my employer and she refused to even look at it. She ended up filling out the form incorrectly. For instance, she put down the UPS store’s address instead of my employer’s address. When I pointed out her mistakes, she dug in her heels and refused to change anything. Now I have to find a notary who actually knows how to fill out I-9 forms correctly.What a waste of time.

Just came here for a notary service and honestly I must say the store is nice and clean and very organized. Idk why there’s so many negative reviews for this location. I use to work at fedex office similar size to this store and I believe it’s just the area of people that make it negative NOT the employees because Isabel was very nice and helpful! As well as the older woman that was with her. Thank you! you guys are top tier!

Just awful, slow service overall. Took more than 2 weeks to get 1 set of 100 business cards to me. Plus, they added a design fee that I was not aware of. Our business moved from Sugar Grove, and we will not be coming back to this location for future services. We will have to drive all the way back to sugar grove to access our other UPS store where everything was always smooth. Currently on the phone with them to pay for these cards at it's been 7 minutes that I have been on hold for.

This is the worst ups store to go. The lady behind doesn't even have access to print online order. She said to come back when the manager here really wow I told her to cancel the order which obviously was not communicated to the manager. When I came back to he house spoke to the manager Michelle regarding the experience she said we printed the order and can't refund it, avoid this UPS STORE LIKE A PLAUGE. I would have given 0 stars of I could.

This place charge $1 for tapping one box, and they refused to double tape when I asked. And they charged another $1 for my other box. I know many UPS stores are individually owned and they charged a ridiculously high price on things like using their computers, printing from email etc (just things to make your visit more convenient), but this location definitely broke the record.

They are AWFUL. 3rd attempt to ship UPS this location and today internet is down again. Manager doesn’t have sense to advise Advance Auto down the street is a UPS drop off/pick up location or propose any solution. Would rather run with catastrophe of “sorry, no internet. We can’t do ANYTHING”. Lady, don’t worry. Google helped this time. Good luck. If UPS is paying to support this facility it’s a WASTE of money.I already had my package labeled and ready to go but she never asked and wouldn’t let me explain.
