Ulta is a great stop for woman and young ladies. My daughter received a gift for her birthday from Ulta that she already had. Instead of letting the set sit we returned it. What we didn’t know prior to the return is that Ulta charges you a $2.50 return fee. We weren’t aware and wanted to make others in case you are looking to make a return.

Decided to go in the store instead of buying online and I’m so glad I did!!! America matched me with the perfect foundation, bronzer, highlighter, blush so that it perfectly matches my skin tone. She listened to my needs and matched me with great products. I am ecstatic and so excited to try new products! America also gave me make up tips too. Great customer service! Thank you Ulta Oswego!

How to make a friend at seemed pretty good found two shades that I like both the shades that I like apparently we're expired by over a year doesn't seem like they checked their inventory stock or at least what's out on the shelves very well I recommend double checking your makeup before purchasing

This review should have been done awhile ago. But I don’t really write reviews this is just to inform everyone of my service with Patti D at the salon. I booked an appointment with her after reading reviews online and thought she would be a good pick. Clearly I was wrong. I booked an appointment online with Patti for her first opening and I had my husband come home early from work to watch our son. The weather was bad so I was debating on whether to come in or not I was actually waiting to see if the salon was going to call me to let me know the stylist was not going to be in & to my surprise she came in so I showed up to my appointment on time. I let her know what I was looking to get done and showed her pictures she let me know the cost and I agreed to get started. As soon as she put my hair up and went to get everything ready she came back and said I apologize but I barely made it in with this weather we’re having and I know you live close by, but I’m trying to leave early because I have a long drive home would you mind rescheduling for a different day? So I thought ok that’s fine. Thinking to myself why would you come into work if your not going to take clients?…We walked to the front computer so she could reschedule me she gives me dates and goes how about in two weeks? I said yeah ok got rescheduled and left. Two weeks is up and I get a phone call cancelling my appointment -_- they tell me Patti didn’t come into work today but we can reschedule you for a different day with someone else so I’ve now waited 3 weeks to get my hair done. Why would I want to come in at all. I was furious. Seemed like Patti just didn’t want to do the work.

So disappointed in this place. I did curbside pick-up , waited 20min after check-in, No one came out with my order. I was so upset do to lack of communication, so I drove off. I didn't even want my order anymore. Do not offer these services if workers cannot keep up with it or lack to communicate well. After a couple of days, I decided to call to cancel the order, the phone rang for quite a while, a woman answers and asks if she can please put me on a brief hold, so I said yes. I should have known better. I waited for 5-10min in hold. I decided to hang up! I called again and it continued to ring. I was so frustrated, so I hung up. Luckily my order was cancelled automatically and refunded do to not being picked up. I will ever return here!

I dye my own hair regularly, however, this time something went wrong and I got “hot roots”. I did not know hot to fix this on my red/brunette hair. I came in and someone from the salon listened to my situation and checked my hair out. She directed me to two separate colors and a 10 developer and explained how to mix by parts correctly when mixing colors and to apply to roots only. She also explained why this would have happened.I went home, did exactly what she said and it came out perfect. I only wish I had gotten her name but I am always terrible at getting names. Super helpful.

I stopped in to get my birthday gift. Also to get some eye makeup removal. Everyone is always very polite and helpful. A great shopping experience.

The manager at this store is horrible. I have spent thousands of dollars at this ulta and every time I get a new coupon they are out of stock and she refuses to honor the coupon on any similar product. This has happened with Mac, Fenty and dry bar. She has no customer service loyalty for all the money we spend in that store. She will say no to everything as if it's her own money. How about a little loyalty to the customer service.....oh we're sorry we can't honor your coupon because we are out of stock but here is something else because you just spent $200!! She always says the employees no nothing. Nice boss.
