I have a commercial Sherwin Williams account both with the home-paint store and the auto paint . I went into this location needing maybe 50 gallons or so of different solvents , however the commercial discount they gave me was still more expensive than the hardware store down the road. I also needed recommendations for a new finish and to re order bulk of another, the manager said he would have a rep call me and stop by. No one ever did anything . I've got businesses to run, but if I run them like this I wouldn't for long
