Second time in two weeks staff member or “ assistant manager” wouldn’t take $20 worth of quarters in payment for goods or services. I’ll never go back there again. The people that work there don’t care about anything but themselves.

I was at this location got into it with a customer with macho man randy savage hair and who was in line 1st... the worker at the store who claimed to be a manager customer service was horrible. Not only did she join the argument she made a remark about be racist....

I have lived in the area for the last 15 years. I have never had an issue with the staff. Until now September 12, 2023. The older lady who might be in her mid 50s to early 60s. Was smoking outside along with what seemed her friends. I just got out from work just stopping by to fill my gas tank as I'm walking into the gas station. This lady just shouts her I'll be there! So I had no idea she was the employee there. So I didn't notice that as she was smoking outside what it seemed with her friends. So she repeated her words at me again but louder , "hey I said , I'm coming in!!"That's when I noticed, she is an actually employee because she turned around and I saw her work shirt uniform. So I just took a moment outside to wait then, since she was SO BUSY SMOKING! THEN SHE SAID, "OK, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT!! GO IN!! ILL BE THERE! so , now I'm thinking do I wait or do I go in?!?! I just need gas ⛽ lady!! Then she tells me, " DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING?!?" And that's when I said something back! What did she expect that I don't know English?!?!THIS IS FOR SHELL GAS STATION, IS THIS WHAT LET EMPLOYEES GET AWAY WITH?!?!AND FOR THE PUBLIC, JUST KNOW WHAT TYPE OF PERSON YOU HAVE TO DEAL HERE!!

So I’m not sure if anyone else noticed it but I purchased regular gas from this location on the morning of October 15th, 2022 and not even 3 days later my check engine light came on and I had to take my vehicle in for repairs. They diagnosed my vehicle with having 20+ % more ethanol in the fuel tank then what my vehicle was suppose to have so I ended up having to have my entire fuel system clean but after they performed that task come to find out that the fuel I received also contaminated my fuel pump causing it to go bad. You may ask yourself why am I sharing this info because if anyone purchased fuel on or around that date and your experiencing issues with your vehicle this may be the cause from what I was told by Jeep Dodge where my vehicle is still currently being repaired is it was likely that the tanks was contaminated with E85 instead of regular gasoline. To sum up my post not only does my warranty not cover the repairs but it’s going to cost me $2,170.11 out pocket for their mistake. I’m hoping that they would take care of their mistake.

Disgusting service. The manager is apparently there 5 to 7 am. There was an issue where the pump did not pump gas and when my sister went to ask why it wasn't working. The lady was rude and said we had already pumped, which we hadn't. She said she didn't know if the manager would be there and that we might or might not reach him and that it was up to him. So no gas was pumped, no refund or anything, rude and disgusting service. Do not recommend pumping gas here with this type of service.

I was there on Friday the 20th I paid $60.00 cash to fill up and the pumps were not working. The cashier gave me a paper voucher so that I could come back and fill up. I went back twice and was told the system was down and that register was also down and they could not open the register. Went back today Saturday the 21st and was informed that the cashier from day before informed her that she refunded me the money which she did not. Now I have to wait until they check the security camera to get my $60.00 back. She could not check the security recording because according to her she did not have access.

I'm one of those people that like going to places that I feel most comfortable in. This has been the gas station for me religiously for the past 6 to 7 years, regardless of price. However, I've had the unfortunate experience of interacting with one particular employee several different times now, and I may just have to stop coming to this location.To explain, I also get ciggerettes from this shell. I've had no issues with getting a carton until she showed up. Apparently, they get their product shipment is on Saturday.....I've always been able to get ciggerettes on Friday's before but ok, no big deal. So I then ask if I can just buy 10 single packs instead....her response was " I only have 10 packs left and I would sell you them but them, but then that would leave me with nothing for anyone else. I can sell you a few though." (CHICK IF I WANTED ONLY A FEW I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A FEW IN THE FIRST PLACE!) I then told her, that regardless if you sell them to me now, or sell them later to someone else, you'd still end up making the sale and would still have nothing left in stock.Ever since this interaction with her cartons are never in stock when they should be. If I were in charge I'd be making sure there is enough cartons every week and then some extra, to hold is over until the next shipment arrives.Today, February 1st, 2020 Saturday a.k.a. shipment day. And behold, who is working the morning shift? None other than Karen! Shipment is in, yet she's the only one working (under staffed much? Should be two people working at all times, at ANY gas station). So can't do inventory of for the cartons and yet again, can't sell me one. She also didn't bother to offer me individual packs instead. Then again why would she? She was the one talking me OUT of spending my money on individual packs on our first encounter. Extremely long story short, and regardless of her rude attitude towards me, what she does in that store makes NO sense. Businesses are trying to make profits not drive them away. I'm currently looking into other places to purchase my ciggerettes from now on and maybe has to as well. Everyone thank Karen for driving out loyal customers! Yay!
