When I first inquired about Oswego’s Seattle Sutton, Eileen’s kindness and knowledge of the product was evident. She asked questions to understand my needs and helped point me in the direction to best fit what I was looking for. I felt even more comfortable knowing she uses the food and spoke highly about the benefits as well. A huge thank you to Eileen and encourage anyone in the surrounding area to reach out. Preparing a meal for one can be difficult, but Seattle Sutton has really made meals so easy while also being nutritious & delicious. Their meals are healthy, portion controlled and there is so much variety, it doesn’t become boring. I have been eating Seattle Sutton for years & because the menus are updated often I don’t feel like I’m eating the same things over and over. I really like that’s it’s all fresh, nothing frozen - and that it’s easy to take with you or to have a nice meal at home. In addition to the great food, Eileen has just been wonderful to work with as my distributor. Not only is she a testament to the plan, she will always go out of her way to assist her clients. I highly recommend Seattle Sutton for anyone who wants easy, healthy meals.

I love this program. I’ve been able to get off some meds due to the weight loss. Eileen runs this location and she’s the best. She is always available to answer questions and help you be successful on the program. I’ve even got my husband to try it and he loves it too!

The food is fresh never frozen. I can just heat and eat. No shopping! Great variety of meals. I can choose the caloric amount I need.

I have used Seattle Sutton's for years now! I have had high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol in the past. This plan has turned my health around! Whenever I feel like I am slipping back into old habits, I go back on the program. It is easy to order and the people there are knowledgeable and friendly!
