These employees have no regard for the safety of others, including children! I will NEVER use a service like this where the staff will give the middle finger to a child while laughing about it & using a vehicle as a weapon. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT let these people into your home or business, they don’t respect your property, money, or families lives!

I would recommend this company to anyone. Greg did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and a great personality. I will only use this company for all plumbing needs. I have told several of my neighbors to request Greg for plumbing issues.

Fast friendly professional service! They fit me in so I did not have to miss work. I have a reactive pup that gets upset when the door bell rings. They were nice enough to notice my sign and Allert me accordingly.

We contacted RJ Kuhn for our last couple of plumbing emergencies. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and the service we received from every employee. The woman that answered the phone kept us informed of when we could expect someone to be here. The plumbers were polite, efficient and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rick Kuhn Plumbing. Donna and Michelle were very responsive and courteous whenever I called to book my appointment. And the plumber they sent out not only arrived on time, but was also very professional and kind. He was able to quickly idetify/locate the source of my leak and fix it in no time! He also cleaned up after himself afterwards which I really appreciated as well. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a new garbage disposal installed to the tune of $438.00 After the installation, there was standing water in the dishwasher. I asked them to check out this problem and was told that is was an appliance problem and they don't repair appliances. As our dishwasher was relatively new, I insisted that it was not the appliance. 3 times I was told to call an appliance repair company. So we did only to find out that R J Kuhn had not installed the disposal properly, hence the standing water in the dishwater. We had incurred a $165.00 bill from the appliance company. We respectfully asked R J Kuhn to reimburse us the $165.00 for their mistake. After 5 phone calls and an unpleasant visit to their office, they finally relented and reimbursed us the $165 we paid to the appliance repair company for their mistake. This was a very frustrating and stressful experience. They should have responded in a friendly professional manner which obviously didn't occur. I would not recommend them not because of their workmanship, but because they didn't want to even entertain that the situation was their mistake and when it was discovered that it was, their response was absolutely unacceptable.

Honestly, they cost us about a grand for just snaking our line for a few hours and we didn't get the issue resolved. They had the nerve to call it "overtime."They were unappreciative and acted as if they gave us a deal for it.Pretty disappointed.I understand that no one is working for free, but dang, their prices are wild.

RJ Kuhn does good work and uses quality products, like Bradford White water heaters, but even with those things in mind, they are quite expensive. They installed a water heater and charged me $230 over the quoted price to replace a small, simple shutoff valve and re-hang maybe 6 ft of PVC pipe, which I consider excessive. The basic quoted price of over $2800 also seems quite high considering that the exact model of water heater they installed is currently advertised at ~$1500, and that a single person installed the unit in three hours.Service: Water heater installation
